After being referred to this company I have had nothing but trouble. The attitude from scheduling a service call to demanding money before the work is complete. My unit did not function properly after the work was complete. They do not return calls or emails. After repeated calls the supervisor said they just don’t have time and is refusing to repair the unit in which we paid $ 700 for repair work.
After inquiring with the company that recommended TA Woods, I found TA Woods has done the same thing to other individuals (lying about warranty, not returning to complete work, etc.). They are no longer recommending TA Woods.
