He lost my business when I asked for a time frame and the response «I don’t have time for this, nice knowing you» Owner realized his error and said «24 to 48 hours.» I replied «Wasn’t that easy to say?» He said «Yes, and it still is.» Having taken my laptop to two other places at that point, I can say his service is average.

We had our desktop PC upgraded here. I was amazed at the level of services offered, and the outstanding prices on both the hardware and labor. I would also like to note that they treated us like family from the minute we walked in. Although they don’t yet have an actual showroom like storefront, everything you could ever need seemed to be available and stocked in a backroom. I think it might also be fair to mention the endless wall of degree’s and certifications for these guys I noticed while talking with one of the techs. which made me feel a little better.
