I don’t usually use UPS stores because I feel like they are very overpriced. This store definitely confirmed that. I decided to try this store because of location and convenience. I needed to overnight a package and this store wanted to charge me $ 115. I told them no thanks, that I would take it to the post office where it would be less expensive. The person working there tried to convince me that the post office would charge me just as much. Needless to say, the post office only charged me $ 46. It was out of my way, but definitely worth the price difference. These guys are ripping people off.

Horrific customer service. Employee got an attitude because I would sign a blank return receipt. If what I’m returning isn’t listed, I’m not signing. Ended up ripping papers out of my hand and refusing to complete transaction. Refused to give me franchise owner’s name. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!
