Beau (the U-​Haul manager at the Route-​74/​Eastwood-​Road Wilmington NC dealership) went to bat for me, when U-​Haul corporate refused to do so, regarding a one-​way trailer rental charge that was misquoted by another U-​Haul dealer and thereby would have cost me over $ 250 in excess fees /​charges unknowingly. Thank you Beau for standing-​up and supporting U-​Haul customers and the integrity of your (and therefore U-Haul’s) local /​neighborhood services accordingly.
