I just had a hitch installed on my 2009 Camry and I had a very positive experience at this location. They were very friendly. While I was waiting, one of the workers offered me a free bottle of water. This was a very kind gesture. When the hitch was done, the technician who installed my hitch was very friendly and walked me over to my car and showed me how everything worked. I would do business here again.
