Unstoppable Movers

I would STRONGLY recommend NOT using these guys. They were definitely nice enough, and polite and friendly while they were there, although they asked for a tip even before they started the work. They then loaded my things into the van carelessly, resulting in a huge amount of stuff being damaged. I’ve moved a number of times, and this was by far the highest incidence of damage I’ve ever had.
I could have been ok with all that, except that they also STOLE a brand new massage chair that happened to be my Christmas present from my fiancé (and the only one he could afford to give me… Christmas 12/​25, move ¹²⁄₂₇). We are certain they took it because it disappeared halfway through the move after one of the guys asked a lot of questions about it while carrying it out. It certainly didn’t walk out of the middle of a fully loaded moving van. When I contacted the owner of the company, Michael Krabacher, and gave him the opportunity to fix the situation, he simply dodged my calls.
Others may post good experiences with this company, but I would strongly urge everyone out there to simply consider hiring someone else if you value your property. Don’t risk having something stolen by people you are paying to do a job and have as such invited into your home! This was a terrible violation and one that has affected my entire move.
