This used to be a wonderful pharmacy. Now I go in after dental work and get a nasty attitude from the pharmacist and am told that is over an hour wait for any prescription. So sad to see Walgreens ruin the Happy Harry’s brand.

Aside from the head pharmacist, the pharmacy staff could not be less helpful in most cases. I, too, have experienced the counter clerks who avoid eye contact… God forbid she interrupt her cell phone call.

Jill, I second that! The staff were honestly so rude we left our items in the cart and left! There is no way I am going to spend my hard earned money on a business that is less than grateful to the customer! Whatever happened to please and thank you.

This Happy Harry’s used to rock, and now it’s a drag to go in there. As soon as they were bought out by Walgreen’s, the place took a nosedive. Before the acquisition, the employees were pretty bright and helpful, and appeared fairly happy to be working there. Now, it’s very difficult to get a question answered without a blank stare and a cocker-spaniel head-tilt of confusion.(I’m not speaking Greek people, I just want to know if you have more of these in the back.) Worse: They have a bunch of mouth-breathers working behind the pharmacy counter, and it’s always fun to watch them struggle to avoid eye contact so they don’t have to help the customers. You can tell the company is paying minimum wage and expecting nothing of their people. I hate to write such a crappy review, but I’m just calling ‘em as I see ‘em. I’m glad to revise this if things improve. I give it two stars because yeah, they do have the things I need, and they do ultimately get the job done. But simple transactions are like pulling teeth, and you rarely get a «thank you.» I’d rather go back to Rite Aid where my credit card information was stolen… at least they were polite about it.
