Fun experience! The staff was nice and the trip was relaxing. However, their website is awful with bad information and needs to be updated. One section says the tube trip is approx 1.5 hour, another section says approx 2 hours, but our trip ended up being a little over an hour. I would def do it again if it was longer. I feel like we spent most of the time on the bus to and from and the river.

During the trip orientation, I was handed a flyer with the outdated expression, «Easy on the firewater Kemosabe.» This saying is highly offensive, especially considering the activity I’m about to partake in.
At the river, there were employees helping us into our assigned boats. When it was our turn, my boyfriend got in the front and I got in the back. One employee turned to my boyfriend and said, «Normally we don’t let the women drive until after lunch.»
The operation was adequate, but those attitudes diminished an otherwise satisfactory experience.
