I reserved this through Expedia where it specifically said «no cancellation fee». I cancelled the reservation just one week later. Ten Months before the scheduled trip, and the Willkommen emailed me and advised that they were keeping $ 20 for a cancellation fee. I nicely called to state that the website specifically stated there are no cancellation fees. The owner then said it wasn’t a cancellation fee but a charge fee for the credit card payment. After ten minutes of frustrating conversation, the owner would not budge on the $ 20.

Such a lovely place with an absolute amazing location to whiteface mountain. This bed and breakfast is a must when planing a ski trip to whiteface!
Bert&Heike are always impressive with their breakfast performance (it may be the best part of the day)
Can’t wait to book another stay here!!!

We planned a ski trip with another couple and decided to try Whiteface. While looking up places to stay, we found Willkommen Hof as one of the best values.
When we arrived, it was cozy and so adorable and I must say that the pictures on the website don’t do the lovely place justice. Bert & Heike make an amazing breakfast that still has us drooling for more! :)
Thanks for making our stay at Whiteface that much more wonderful!
