Very friendly staff. Food was great. Probably the thickest bologna sandwich I’ve ever seen. Great small town place.

Pretty much the worst restaurant burger I’ve ever had. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is our waitress-server was outstanding and had a great attitude — keeping our drinks refilled without asking, and seemingly genuinely apologetic… and semi-upfront…warning us(unfortunately a good 25 minutes after our arrival and sit-down) that one of two cooks had supposedly called off and they were swamped. Not sure I buy that, based on another review complaining about never getting served. We(3 person party) arrived at 12:05 on a Sunday, and were actually seated fairly quickly — within 5 minutes or so. Order was taken quickly and drinks on the table quickly — again, a great server. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and cole slaw; the other two in our party ordered a Stuffed Cheeseburger and Coney dog — both with fries. Our order was in, at latest, by 12:15. Long story short — I saw two other 2-person parties seated after we ordered… and both got their food at least 15 minutes before we did. At 1:10, our food arrived. This was after at least two updates from our server that our order was backed up and would be another 25… then 15 minutes. Again — these warnings came around 12:30 — 12:40. Around 12:45, the party of two immediately adjacent to us received their food — even though they had been seated AFTER we ordered our food. Fact is — they finished their meals; paid their bill; and left prior to our food ever coming. Not good. So, again, the food arrives at 1:10. The Coney dog seemed fine(how can you screw that up, right?). The stuffed Cheeseburger looked halfway decent — a smidge of pinkness at its very center. The fries, though, for both were all glommed together and looked limp. My Bacon Cheeseburger? The bacon was great and the burger was huge. The only redeeming qualities. But it was so far past ‘done’ that it was gray… literally gray… throughout and was the driest, toughest piece of beef I’ve had in a long time. That’s really saying something about a meat that’s ground up into tiny clumps prior to cooking and should be fork tender even if well done. I can forgive slow service if the food is stellar. This was amateur hour at the BeeBop grill. ‘Throw a slab of ground beef on the grill and let it fry for ten minutes per side on high heat’ is about what I got. It was pretty much inedible. At least the creamy cole slaw was average… if you put loads of salt and pepper on it for flavor. And then there’s the restroom… on the outside, like the old time gas stations… and completely disgusting. The men’s room had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. More than one explosion had occurred since the last cleansing. And, natch, the towel dispenser was out of towels. Gee I hope the cook doesn’t use that hole and has an employee restroom. Doubtful. I’m not even inclined to go back to see if this was an aberration. The filth of the restroom alone is enough to merit a county health inspector to shut the place down. Nothing written here is inaccurate.

If I could give it negative one stars I would. Stopped today on my motorcycle and it was busy. I waited 45 minutes. They seated 3 very small groups before me that arrived after I did. I left –not a single worker acknowledged my presence.

Friendly service with copious amounts of food. It isn’t fast food, but food food. Great place for burgers and fries, but in my opinion a better place for breakfast. Bee Bop’s belly buster is more than most can eat at a decent price!

Great hamburgers and fries! Small very local grill. But, friendly service and great food and very reasonable prices. Open Sunday 8 am to 3 pm which is a plus in this Amish area.

Stopped by this local restaurant on a whim, not expecting the tastiest burger I’ve ever had! This place is filled with good old greasy American fare, from breakfast to dinner. It’s kitschy, with plenty of atmosphere and Americana style, and outstanding food and service to match. Great stuff! Minor gripe: You have to go outside to get to the bathroom, and you need a key. So be prepared and go before you stop. Check Beebop’s out if you’re in the mood for a stuffed cheeseburger. It’s out-of-this-world.
