The food was decent, but since we were the only people in there and we actually were the only people in there. The cook was out back doing something and there was no waitress, we had to call into the restaurant and ask for help upfront. While we were there a couple of other groups came in but left because of lack of service. I can only assume that this is the continuation of the Red Chili’s experiment with middle eastern food. I really do wish them success but if you can’t find good, reliable help, namely waitress’s who are your front line experience to the customer you will not succeed. Also as the other poster stated, the graveyard of restaurants I am afraid will be visited by one more soon.

Ate for the first time here today and what can I say it I as amazing. The sage tea I highly recommend, and the saffron rice is to die for. Also coming up they will be getting a beer license so that’s a plus, and more hookah flavors as well as more seating for smoking. I’ll be visiting again that’s for sure. Can only hope they can make indoor hookah possible as well. My only advice would be ask what preference someone has for their kabob. Rare, medium rate ect. Other than that I can’t have a complaint.

So this the second time eating here Amazing Kabobs and what a wonderful meal it was. The friendly staff is a delight in the restaurant. The food is nice and fresh. Also cooked perfectly to your liking. We are looking forward to going back soon. The word needs to get out about this place. The quality of the food is unbelievable for the price $$

It’s a cute, tiny little place. They didn’t have any music or the TV’s on, so if you like eves dropping or conversing were everyone else can hear, then this is your place. The waitress was nice, but fairly clueless. She never even asked if our food was ok. I heard her ask the other 2 tables. I thought that is a common practice type question. I order the single steak kabob with saffron rice. The rice was good, but that’s where it ended. My meat was cooked until it was very, very done. So it was unnecessarily tough and chewy. The vegetables had grill marks, but could’ve used another minute or so on the grill. My girlfriend was happy w her gyro. So at least 50% of us were happy.

My husband and I have been twice and were very pleased both times! The chicken is good, but the beef kabobs are my favorite. They are very lean and juicy. Everything is cooked to order. The owner is friendly and Caitlin, our server both times, was both friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back!

New place. New taste. Great food. It helps if you are a little bit familiar with or better yet fond of Mediterranean food when you come here. Try a kabob with chicken or beef and go from there. Or, for a trip back to your college days, close your eyes when you take a bite of their Gyro.(I did.) They’re still new here so give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ll be back.

Very disappointed. I went to this place with the expectation of getting a pretty good falafel sandwich. I have to say that the simplest meal on the menu was below average. The bread was falling apart, the falafel seemed to be prepackaged and not freshly made. They barely put any lettuce and tomatoes in the sandwich. Worst of all there was hardly any tahini sauce. I for one will not go back considering they got a falafel sandwich all wrong. You would think that the falafel would be the star dish on the menu. Good luck here in Wilson, NC(restaurants graveyard)…you are going to need it.

First– the food is very good. I had the chicken and koobidah kabobs, my husband had the chicken and beef kabobs, and my son had chicken and lamb kabobs. The meat was delicious– seasoned very nicely and very tender. It was served on salad mix. I would have loved more grilled veggies; there were only two small pieces. The rice was not so tasty, in our opinion; it seemed overcooked. We could have chosen falafels or pita bread as a side, which we will do next time. They bring pita bread with humus and egg plant dips before the meal; this was delightful! We definitely want a lot more of that! The restaurant itself needs ambiance and heat. The bright fluorescent lights made it feel like a burger joint and the table was a left-over from the former Asian restaurant and was wobbly. The old sushi bar takes up a great deal of space and there are no longer stools for people to eat there. There are about 8 tables, two are 6 tops. It was 63° in there– the waitress said it is always that cold and she couldn’t change it. Our visit was on December 30th! The total price wasn’t bad; if we had liked our side dish, I would say the price was good. The people beside us were returning for the 3rd time, and highly recommend the salads. We all agreed they need a wine and beer selection.
