Food is always sub par compared to other Bojangles. We’ve consistently had cold food, hard biscuits, burnt biscuits. Staff doesn’t give great Customer Service. Had to write Corporate plenty of times. It’s terrible that this is the closest Bojangles to our home. We take a gamble maybe once every 3 months. And when we do, they always let us down.

This is the cleanest Bo’s I’ve been to in a long long time! The tables were ALL wiped! The chicken bites were moist. The fries were a good size helping & tasty !

Stopped here for a break while driving to vacation. This Bojangles had fresh hot and tasty chicken! The biscuits were warm and delicious! The employees here were very polite and friendly. Love me some Bojangles! Yum!

Always have to stop at a Bojangles when traveling to Florida! Just love their fried chicken and sweet tea, much better than Kentucky Fried Chicken– and Bojangles is a PURE Southern must do on any road trip!

Whenever we travel down by car to North Carolina we stop at Bogangles’. It’s pretty much the only fast food chain we will stop at and happily eat. The grilled chicken sandwich is tasty and we love the pinto beans.

We went here for lunch and ordered the special 2 piece dark meat with lemonade for $ 5 with 1 fixing(rice)). We also had the 2 piece dark white meat breast and wing and 1 fixing and sweet tea($ 6.89). Both were very good and crispy. Place was crowded with long lines but it went quick. Service was friendly. Will definitely return.

This was the first place I stopped in the morning. I was early enough for breakfast, except for the thing I wanted to try. They basically said«we just threw out the gravy» because I wanted the Gravy Biscuit. Durn. I ended up getting 4 Supremes Combo, errr, I ended up getting 4 Supremes Dinner. This differs from my experience the other day elsewhere because I got a side item and of course, it cost more. I had a terrible time hearing them, so I just paid and went on. The chicken strips were tiny compared to my other visits to Bojangles. The other day, they had one of the four the size of all four of these. Usually, the chicken is a bit smaller than what you get at Popeyes but there are 4 pieces instead of 3. It was good, but I’m not sure what happened. I can’t say that anything was really wrong, but nothing was really right, either.

Very poor service. Alexis was the cashier and apparently attitude was the special of the day. Good biscuits, chicken ok, won’t be back.

I love the Bojangles’ chain. They have great food. This particular location though has the rudest people working there. The people who work the drive through ALWAYS seem to have attitude. I generally only go by this location once a month but every time, the person in the drive through is rude. Go INTO Wilson. The location by the mall, 1800 Parkwood Blvd W, has much friendlier staff. This is where I go at least 2 mornings a week.

Being from the north and living in MD, we don’t have/get Bojanles’ often so this was a treat. The Chicken and biscuits were spot on. The chicken was flavored well and had a hint of spicy bite. The biscuits were baked perfectly, and the fries had a good Cajun seasoning. All and all we were glad we saw the sign and stopped to eat there.

Outstanding fast food experience. Everything was fresh and the service was good. Ohhhhh and the sweet tea was among some of the best I ever drank! I was not expecting this but glad I stopped by. 5 stars fast food baby!!!

Stopped for breakfast. The biscuits are wonderful! Tender, hot and fresh. They were busy and service was a little slow. But everyone was working hard.

I’d say this is more 2.5. I had been raving about Bojangles to my family for so long that when we all went on vacation to South Carolina, they were more than happy to stop for lunch. Well, I guess I should have been more specific. Bojangles for breakfast foods only. Their lunches are WAY too greasy. I ordered the fried chicken, thigh and leg meal with a side of green beans. The chicken had a nice spicy flavor to it, but it was extremely greasy. The beans tasted like canned green beans that had been dumped into water and boiled and that’s it. The biscuit was amazing as always, though, and definitely the high point of my meal. Also, I have to mention that the staff was extremely efficient in both the ordering and preparing of our meal. The location was average on cleanliness, but the bathroom is where it tanked for me. The one stall had no lock on the door and the other stall was occupied so I had to use the door with no lock. When I came out to wash my hands, I saw that it was an employee who had been in the other stall.(Thankfully) she had just finished washing her hands and exited the bathroom, but she left the sink a complete mess. It may have been a mess before she got there, but how hard is it to take a few paper towels and just wipe all the water off from around the sink? I do it all the time where I work.

This chain/place is very good! You may ask, why the 4 stars? Well, I ate here two days in a row. Not the healthiest choice… sodium wise. Bojangles must have some sort of alliance with the Morton’s Salt company. Anyway…all my meals were very tasty and the service here, friendly. My two meals consisted of a Country Ham Biscuit(Day 1) and a Biscuit Filet(Day 2). All eaten as though they had been sent from the gods. The biscuits on both days were light and airy and the ham and the chicken they contained were very good. I even thought the ham had been carved in the back… it probably wasn’t. The tea here is also good. Day-1, I had un-sweet. Day-2, I had sweet though I ordered un-sweet. I think I stole the sweet tea from the guy in line behind me. Hey, I was in a hurry! Anyway. Should you come here to eat? The answer is… YES! Should you come here two days in a row? Well, that depends on whether you have high blood pressure or want your ankles to swell. If you see me on the side of the road grabbing my chest… you know it was Bo-time…one too many.

OHMYGOD, I never thought I’d give a fast food place 5 stars, but after eating here, how could I not? The bf warned me about this place, he told me after my first visit I would not be allowed to eat here again until I was pregnant, it’s not what you’d call waist line friendly food, but my god, SOGOOD! After much complaining and begging from him, we stopped here with his parents on our way to the airport. Again, not knowing what to order, I let him handle it, and my god, I have never been so happy with him! I had the chicken biscuit, with hash browns and a lemonade. I cannot express how good this fast food breakfast was. Even now, almost 2 months later, thinking about it makes my mouth water! The bf got the same thing, along with these delicious, gooey blueberry biscuits, of which he allowed me one bite, and again, so good! I have to say I’m a little worried, as I’m planning a move down South within the next month or so, that I’ll be making weekly(daily) stops here… just don’t tell!

I’d never been to or even seen a Bojangles until fairly recently. For those similarly uninformed, Bojangles is a regional chain that competes with KFC and Popeye’s. Their chicken is spicier and has a bit more«kick» than either of those, though, and their biscuits are better. This particular Bojangles is pretty standard compared to the few others in Wilson I’ve been to. In addition to chicken(bone-in and boneless strips), Bojangles also does a sausage biscuit(with or without egg) as their core breakfast offering that puts other fast food places to shame, although it’s supposedly not as good as Flo’s Kitchen in Wilson.

This is a Southern tradition. think Popeyes, but with flakier biscuits, greasier meat, and sweet tea. Yes. I feel non-PC saying Bojangles, so I opt for my cousins version, «Bo-han-glays» I could have sworn that I would be the first to review this specific Bojangles, but I was beat to punch. I did, however, add that fine photo of the sign and matching car.(Unfortunately this was not our car). If you’re headed to the SEUS, find one of these medium fast food spots, you’ll love it… and then you’ll get heartburn.

Ok, technically I didn’t know what Bojangles did until this morning. I’ve been wasting my time down the street at Burger King for breakfast… Bojangles serves up really tasty breakfast sandwiches and awesome iced tea. Much better then McD’s or even Burger King for breakfast — plus you can get your iced-tea by the half gallon!
