Came here with some family after reading the positive Unilocal reviews. The owner really made this soda shop/​restaurant shine. She introduced herself to us and told us all about the history of the building because we wanted to know. The best thing she told us was that they stay open on Christmas Day because of the seniors in town who possibly don’t have family to go to. Overall I would definitely come here for a bite to eat and get a nice soda pop. Great vibes and great staff.

This is a super place to stop if you’re looking for something other than the standard fast food chains between Russell and Salina. Their pizzas are wonderful… especially the Reuben and the Taco. They also serve burgers, fries, and similar items. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and of course, old-​fashioned sodas. Rumor has it that they’ll deliver all the way out to Wilson Lake! We’ll be stopping in again!
