I enjoy eating here, the staff are polite and seem to make every effort to please the customers. The homemade vegetable soup is scrumptious. The bread is fresh and I enjoy the rewards program where uou gain points to earn free subs. I definitely recommend a visit.

Usually enjoy eating here. Food was great but the housekeeping was terrible. None of the tables had been wiped since the last people ate there. Rugs that were suppose to be on floor were on top of trash bin so that could not put trash in without moving. All over a mess. We should have got ours to go and will do if we go there next time. Was very disappointed.

Customer service and professionalism are lacking. I was trying to eat my lunch in the restaurant and the employees were yelling demands at each other for a good 15 minutes. The manager, I believe someone referred to her as Connie, seemed like she couldnt care less if they had customers or not. She also acted to be bothered when taking orders. Definitely wont be back.

First off, I absolutely LOVE Jersey Mike’s…as long as it’s not this one. My wife and I will go out of our way to have a sandwich from Jersey Mike’s and it’s truly disappointing that that’s what we have to do because this place is so terrible. The staff is atrocious. Most of them have about as much personality as a bag of hammers. And whatever you do, don’t ask them for something they don’t have. I’ve never been to a restaurant that makes substitutions on your behalf and then yells at you for repeating your initial request. Go ahead and forget about getting a generous portion of meat, cheese, or hell anything. I have never been to a JM’s that is so skimpy with the sandwich. It’s like being at a S-way with pre-portioned toppings. It is obvious that neither the owner nor manager are very discriminating when they hire employees, as this cluster of beauties seem more suited for a hole-in-the-wall biker joint. As tempting as it may be to have a sandwich from this beacon of deliciousness, don’t answer the call of the sirens at this location.
