This place is a dump! The price is different every time we order from there and we order the same thing. The kids they have working there are a bunch of goofs! The problem with this restaurant is the same with most other restaurants in Wilson. Poorly educated kids that could care less about getting things right and just need a paycheck. The food was good at one time but no longer. I’ll keep searching for another restaurant that has hibachi. Your best bet is to go elsewhere!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! We tried it out on Thursday. The service was slow, they gave military discount, & the food wasn’t bad. We tried it out again today & was extremely disappointed! We had EXTREMELY SLOW service, the waitress was in a hurry, & they said they don’t give military because they give buy one get one free sushi roll. Really! They said they support the military but how if they don’t give a discount & don’t donate to any of our programs? Spent way too much time there for a quick bite to eat. There is NO Express about this place!

When I walked in the hostess ignored me as she fumbled through papers, after a couple of minutes of waiting (while being ignored) I was finally seated. After about seven minutes of nobody attending me I finally stood up and walked out.

Love sushi but there’s no good sushi in wilson… Stop by on Friday night with friends… It was awesome night… sushi was so good and fresh… service is very friendly…

I have been here since they first open. I absolutely love this place. I never get tired of eating here. I love the steak and shrimp combination.
The only reason why food takes longer because it’s made to order. So I know I’m getting the freshest stuff. I highly recommend this place. I feel like this place is so underrated. So people you gotta try this place out.

Been here twice. The first time was great. It was around closing and the younger boy waiting on us did a great job. As of right now, on this adventure, its terrible. Its taking 30 minutes for our sushi, the waitress, i believe her name is Brook doesnt have it together at all. Drinks were empty 20 min before we got a refill and theyre not even busy. The food is good and at a decent enough price, but as far as service its just terrible. Wishing I would have spent my time and money elsewhere. If youre going to eat here, get it to go, or at least dont get a teen waitress more interested in socializing.

Me and a friend decided to eat here after having a bad experience at another local restaurant. We walked in and was greet immediately by the waiter. We were given drinks within a minute and glanced over the menu. I decided to order the chicken and shrimp combo with a California roll. My friend ordered a sushi roll too and the waiter explained how it was buy 2 get 1 free for sushi so we ordered one more. The sushi was amazing. All three rolls. And then the main course came out. It was a lot of food and it’s delicious. Every aspect of it, the carrots were amazing, the rice was amazing, the chicken and shrimp was amazing. The waiter refilled drinks at a quick pace. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Had heard this place was good, was very disappointed in the food and service. Waitress sat us and took our order and wasn’t really seen again for awhile. Completely ran out of tea before a refill (sat with about a quarter cup for a good fifteen min before finishing it). And I could understand this if she was busy but we were the only 2 people in the whole restaurant!
As for the food, appetizers were served at the same time as the meal, and cold where they’d sat out instead of being served. Edamame had little salt to speak of except 1 piece that was covered, and both our meals were overcooked. My chicken was tough, my aunt’s filet was so chewy her teeth hurt, and the steamed rice was overcooked. I’ve never had overcooked (or undercooked for that matter) rice at an Asian restaurant. This was mushy and def not sticky enough to eat with chopsticks.
Overall bad experience. Only thing that tasted good was the mushrooms with my hibachi chicken.

This restaurant surprised me. I was not expecting the quality of food received. Pricing is very reasonable also. The terriyaki and hibachi chicken were amazing. Also, the terriyaki wings were great. I would have given 5 stars if our food didn’t take so long to come out both times. I would definitely recommend to anyone for good hibachi. I have been twice and will go back again!

I wanted some sushi for lunch on Saturday and it turns out the other sushi bars in Wilson are closed for lunch on Saturdays. That brought me to Kobe Express for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed!
The spicy tuna was a whole chunk of fresh sliced tuna topped with spicy mayo. The spicy mayo isn’t all that spicy so it was almost just a tuna roll, but it was fresh and well prepared and I enjoyed it.
They have a large menu of entrees as well as a drive thru.
