Best in the area! Full service facility, if you want the real deal! I highly recommend.

Regency is a pretty nice gym for the price, and provides a nice place to go and work out even if you’re only in town temporarily.
They have a nice selection of aerobic equipment (ellipticals, treadmills, etc.) and the usual array of Cybex machines, plus a decently sized free-​weight room. There are also several racquetball/​squash courts. There’s also separate women-​only facilities on the second floor (what they include, I don’t know).
I’ve only been there in the later evening (8PM and later) but I never saw it crowded or had any trouble getting on the machines I wanted to use, or finding a locker. Overall it seems clean and generally well-​maintained, although neither the equipment nor the building is brand new. They don’t offer towel service or any other fancy amenities, but they do provide a place to work out at a decent price.
