I ordered a hamburger on a Gluten Free Bun. The bun was soft and did not crumble and tasted very good. I would order again. I have been getting just a plain hamburger on a plate with mashed potatoes for the last 12 years, I have Celiac Disease. What a great surprise today when I could get one on a Gluten free Bun. I wasn’t going to order it because most Gluten Buns are not good– My daughter said if it wasn’t good I could just eat the hamburger. I am so glad I decided to try it– I wish I could get some of these to have at home when I want to make a sandwich for lunch. They are the best I have ever tasted

This place was a disaster! We msde a pit stop after a long day of driving and i regretted the whole experience. The food was nasty, over cooked and no flavor. The hostess was rude and clueless. I do NOT recommend this place at all. This was a bad representation of this town. Just horrible!!!

We stopped here for dinner a few nights ago on our way down south because I had a coupon for a free cheeseburger. I normally like Ruby Tuesday’s, they’re usually very good. However, this location does not do burgers well. I asked for medium and when it came out it was completely dried out. I ate it because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for a new burger. The french fries were very pale looking and did not look cooked. I think I got the coupon burger. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location when I drive down south again.

I got the shrimp and grits. Lots of flavor. Good portion size.
Good salad bar too.
Ruby’s is consistent. If I wanted fine dining I would have gone somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor! If you are looking for a quick a good meal. GO ELSE WHERE!!! The service is ok but not the best in town. Be prepared to wait 20 – 30 minutes to get your food! And the Manager Pam — she really cares NOT! Acts like everything is ok. Chilli’s and Texas Steakhouse are right down the road!’ We will NOT be back here! The only thing that’s good here is the drinks!

Although we arrived very near closing time the staff was welcoming and friendly, we pulled up to a table on our own and sat down to order, we had a good view of a game we wanted to see on tv, a waitress came along shortly, drinks were ordered and brought out promptly, decent pour on the margaritas. Our food followed shortly thereafter.
Typical RT fare, we had the shrimp alfredo, chicken tenders and broccoli, all cooked well and flavorful, with the friendly employees, good food/drinks, and television i’d definitely return when in the area.

I was so impressed with the service here-Vanessa is welcoming, thoughtful, patient, and considerate. I have celiac disease as do some of my fellow dinner mates for the evening I was here and she took great care of us.
I got a baked potato as I was, naturally, a bit nervous about what some of the preparation areas in the kitchen were like given the amount of gluten containing food they serve. It was a safe choice and cooked well. Mine was «loaded» but there were about five crumbs of bacon which is why this is knocked down to 4 stars. I didn’t expect to be wowed with the food but I was generally pleasantly surprised.
Next time I’m in Wilson, I will be back here.

This is a great Ruby Tuesday! Management is attentive and it’s always friendly in here! Menu changes happen often, but there are good coupons available to keep us coming in to try new things! We like sitting in the bar area tables to monitor sports. If anything is amiss with your order, the staff will make it right in a hurry for you.

I’ve been wanting to try the mushroom chicken Alfredo and finally got the chance tonight when going out for birthday dinner with the family. The parking lot was full but there was no wait. The chicken Alfredo was pretty good and the garlic cheese biscuits were very very good although on the small size. Everyone else was happy with their meal except for the shrimp. The salad bar was fresh and well maintained.

I always go to Ruby Tuesday around the 2:30 to 3:00 PM. I have the place to myself and i can do my work. They always accommodate me with power plugs. I have never had a bad meal at Ruby Tuesday, I have been to many of them in North Carolina, 9 plus. The service is always friendly and very pleasant. In some Ruby Tuesday’s, when I walk in they call me by name. The menu has a little of everything, with a atmosphere that will please the family or the first date and everything in between.

Spent a night in Wilson driving home after Thanksgiving. Nice atmosphere, good service, great salad bar. Best of all, I forgot a favorite cap of mine, called them the next day and they followed through on sending it back to me.
