I was impressed with the quality products offered and the professional installation but the customer care even after the job was completed is why Auto Topia gets my 5 stars. We had an issue with the car hire company incorrectly charging myself instead of Auto Topia but they resolved it in a timely manner and communicated effectively the entire time.
I could not have been happier to have chosen Auto Topia to complete the 3M scotchguard application inside and 3M film installation outside.
Thank you Auto Topia, this car protection gives me the confidence to give my daughter drinks in the back seat and also drive on the paint damaging gravel coated Oregon roads this winter.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! The employees were nice enough, but the quality of work was very poor at best. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I purchased a Groupon or some other perk coupon for an exterior waxing/​detailing for a SUV. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and I picked it up after hours. First red flag, the employee didn’t do a walk around of my car like they did in the morning. He just handed me the keys. I drove it home and didn’t take a good look at the workmanship until a few days later. MY FAULT… for sure! All the water spots were still on the windows, paint etc. I didn’t expect a miracle but it should have looked better than when I brought it in. Secondly, they must have power washed my car and in doing so removed most of the sound proofing in my wheel wells. My guess is that they thought it was mud. This made my wheel wells extremely unsightly. I’ve since purchased the aftermarket spray-​on, but of course it doesn’t look the same. Thirdly, I had a bug guard on the front and pointed out when I dropped it off that a piece had previously been broken and super glued back on. I told the technician just to avoid the area. That didn’t happen; he must have broke it off and re-​glued it with Gorilla glue… the unsightly yellow foamy looking glue. Way too much was used and it dripped onto my headlight and was totally obvious on my bug guard. Lastly, there was some bird poop on the back of my vehicle; I’m not sure what was used to remove it. But, whatever it was it removed my clear coat too. I will never be bringing any of my vehicle’s here again. I’m defiantly partly to blame for not noticing the poor workmanship upon picking up my vehicle. Lesson learned!

The folks at Auto Topia are fantastic to work with. After having my window tinted on one car I was considering doing some custom graphics on my truck. I wasn’t sure what the finished product would look like so one of the team took a picture of my truck and photoshopped the photo.
The outcome was that It would have been a little overkill but they did a phenomenal job of showing me what it would look like so I didn’t spend money on something I would’t like in the end. The owner is very personable and a very ethical business man. They have great custom products and an experienced eye for what works and what doesn’t.
