Love this place, been here a handful of times! Two of our favorites are the steak quesadilla and the loaded potato skins. Atmosphere is very casual. If you sit in the bar there is a nice pool table and 8 – 10 different video poker machines and TVs, as well as plenty of seating, both booths and tables. But they also have the minor-friendly side which has plenty of seating(booths and tables) and TVs too. I love the waitresses here, they’re very kind but real too. Drinks are replenished appropriately. Price is very fair as well. Definitely recommend!

Consistently great food whether we’re having lunch or dinner. Minutes from home and owner Hank and staff Cassie, Dave and Roxie are among favorite people we look forward to seeing during our visits. The Jumbo Shrimp appetizer either fried or grilled is my favorite! My husband loves the Flat Iron Steak & Blue Cheese Salad!

Read the reviews and checked the hype and wasn’t what I expected. I ordered the chicken tender box and the clam strip appetizer. Well let’s start with the chicken tenders. They are your typical frozen and deep fried again chicken tenders. They weren’t bad but certainly was not anything to run back there for. How can you call them world famous, oh wait they sell the same ones at Red Robin so that’s how. The clam strips were good but certainly another frozen strip you can get anywhere. They were plump like other reviewers stated but not fresh and never frozen. Very disappointing but much better then the chicken strips. The fries everyone raves about to me seemed like another frozen item just deep fried to warm them back up. They weren’t horrible but they seemed rather soggy inside and not crunchy on the outside like you think they would be. I certainly wouldn’t run back for any of the items I tried. Maybe their burgers are better but the fries I could do without. Wasn’t super busy maybe their was a patio or something out back people were at but the dining room wasn’t full. Seemed like a lot of locals in there. Bummed this wasn’t the hit that everyone posted about or my expectations were to high. On to the next one.

Stopped here for lunch last week. loved it! We were seated right away, the server was really nice. The bloody marys were spot on! My friend ordered a BLT with fries, I had a Cobb salad. Both were DELICIOUS and huge portions! Neither one of us finished our order. Their fries are like homemade, flaky, fried goodness! Everything was awesome! Only thing I REALLY didn’t like was the women’s bathroom… it was pretty disgusting which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

First off I am NOT a french fry guy, so for me to say the French fries are«amazing» that is something I don’t usually say… and they were amazing! I came here off of Unilocal, and I thought it was excellent. Food was fresh and delicious and service was excellent even when he was on lunch break. I would have spent more at a chain this was by far a better meal. Fried chicken was 5 stars!

If I have a hankering for fried chicken and fries, this place is the best! The chicken is super crispy and moist, the fries(if you can believe it) are even better than the chicken! Great food and service, a definite winner in my book!

This is a «Locals Hangout»! It is not flashy or upscale… but they have a Very serious loyal customer base. I come here for lunch about once a month, and the food and service has always been good. It would be a great place to come and drink with the locals and have a drink or two and watch the game. If you are looking for causal dining/drinking/dining experience… I would highly recommend Boston’s! Enjoy!

We had the best, sweetest server here. Her name was Rachel and we really enjoyed our experience! We could tell she was a hard worker and told us she had worked at Boston’s for 7 years. Great food, huge portions, and really good service. We will be back for sure!!!

Decent place for a lunch. The have good sandwiches and burgers, but their beer batter French fries are particularly good. Friendly service. If you work in Wilsonville, it’s worth a swing by for your next business lunch.

If your looking for any kind of service here your out of luck. There is none here! Sat down at the bar only to have the bartender help 3 other people that came to the bar after me. There are only 4 seats at the bar. The bartender never did acknowledge me I have to interrupt her to place an order for a rum and coke and a bud light. She came back a couple minutes later and ask if it was reg. coke. Come on. No tip not coming back.

When you arrive you can smell the cooking. I was told to try the fish & chips So I did. Lightly breaded fish with a great flavir &FRIES to die for. The artichoke dip, was ok, not good, not great but OK. The staff was pleasant, the food good. This is one of the hidden gems, the kind the locals know about but don’t share. The downfalls: The bartender may not be as familiar with more cosmopolitan drinks, but they make a mean Rum & Coke.

Stopped here for a snack and beverage. I had iced tea. He had a Hef. We had 10 minutes left for happy hour so I ordered the clam strips because it said they were«plump.» He ordered the halibut slider. I was surprised at how big the serving was for the clam strips. It came with fries as well and … awesome! The clams were indeed plump which is what I like. The fries were cut in-house and delicious. The place was neat and clean. I like open kitchens. I thought there was a cohesiveness in the staff as in it seemed like they had each other’s back and that’s always good to see/feel. The other side of the room is video poker and… that was all I saw. I didn’t make it any further than the first room. There is also some seating outside. It was an all around good experience. I have nothing bad to say. If we do find ourselves in this part of town again, I do want to try some other things on the menu.

I count this as a good neighborhood Pub for me. I can walk to it from my house. The folks are friendly and the food is good. Just right for a neighborhood pub.

Absolutely the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. All through my pregnancy I had it at least twice a month. The fries served with it are amazing as well. Atmosphere is lacking a bit but it’s worth it for the food.

Okay it is a bar, with a side of tables, but mostly this is a bar. I would not bring my kids here. But oh man oh man, I would come back time and time again for their fried chicken! Amazing! Also their clam strips app was great, nice wide pieces of clam not chopped bits as a lot of places serve. They say they are famous for their fish and chips. Wrong!” The f&c are sad. Little pieces of fish, my preference is a fish fillet not fish«nuggets». But the chicken, oh yeah for the chicken I will keep returning. Hot, crispy, crunchy goodness. 4 stars for the chicken!

Friendly 5 star service and the food is probably around the 3.5 mark, but I did a quick soup-salad and soft drink. I’ll need to come back and sample their burgers and sandwiches. Menu items are fairly priced. I was looking for Boston paraphernalia, or even pictures of Boston Terriers, so I am wondering as to the etymology of Boston in its name. This is in Wilsonville’s Town Center, which has my favorite Starbucks, the one that had those over-sized cushy green velour armchairs. I hope they’re still there. The people at this pub are unpretentious and Wilsonville’s Stepford crowd won’t be found here. Most likely, it’s people who work in the office parks and the area’s middle class residents. How is it that one is old enough to have a kid in college and the ladies in places like Boston’s still call you«hon?» I’ve always found that funny.

Get the cheesy fries! Those delicious thick hot and soft French fries lathered in cheese and bacon are the Siren’s call that will draw me back to this place again. The establishment is your typical American artery-clogging greasy spoon + neighborhood bar with plenty of seating, big screen TVs all around, and free wi-fi access. I came here for lunch and had an excellent reuben sandwich which I got from a very amusingly friendly and helpful waitress. My companions and I all enjoyed our meals and our experience here and look forward to returning and sharing another round of cheesy fries! They accept Discover and American Express.
