Not much to say here besides it’s your typical fast food joint. Place was clean, service was friendly. I was on the last leg of my relocation drive and this was in a convenient spot. I tried the enchiladas and they were okay. Not the greatest and to tell you the truth, I have NOIDEA why I skipped having a burger, but I did. So… get a burger.

OK, Carl’s Jr. is Carl’s Jr and I have probably stopped at this spot a dozen times or more on my way to and from the Portland area, that is until Christmas night 2011 when these jackasses called the cops on me for sleeping off a buzz in my car at midnight after buying food from their establshment. What jerks. I mean, what harm was I causing to them? I was just trying to do the responsible thing but they couldn’t resis but to cause some drama so now I cannot drive until 2021. Thanks a lot.

Order made: 2 Big Carl combos, both no lettuce. Turkey burger, no sauce. Order received: 3 Famous Star combos, one no sauce. Didn’t notice until we were home and they were closed. Well done, guys. Also, sorry order after us, must have been your stuff(because I can’t fathom that level of incompetance between order and delivery) But at least you probably got our food

Tuesday 28th9:15 pm Order taker on drive thru rushes us through order and struggles repeating back a 5 item order. Wait after paying is surprisingly long for the place only having a few customers. Get our order and when we are driving away want a couple fries… Wait waited all that time and they forgot our fries. Swing back around and go inside to show them the bag missing the fries and the same person that took the order was like«oh you had fries» then turned around flipped through order screen to check if we ordered fries like I made up small fries or something. Calls back to the person cooking need a small fries gives me cold soggy fries, never said sorry for the inconvenience or had any level of customer service.

I don’t understand why it is so hard it is to make something that is clearly on the menu. I’m from the south and have really missed the ham biscuits you can get at Hardees. I was ecstatic that Carl Jr’s started to offer a pork chop biscuit. I’ve been there twice and ordered one without egg and cheese both time(can’t eat either). This morning I even asked Zachary to ensure there was not egg and cheese on the biscuit. He gave me the biscuit and said it was a plain pork chop sandwich. Guess what? EGGANDCHEESE — I know going through the drive through is asking for the order to be wrong — but come on — I asked twice at the window and was told it would be correct. Maybe the morning crew should spend more time getting the orders correct then dancing and playing around in front of the drive-through window after making me wait almost 5 minutes for the wrong order… Am I going back for the free one offered when I complained to the manager on the phone — definitely not — how many times do you have to give a place to get the order right???

Right off the freeway but kind of tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. There is a «Green Burrito» restaurant at this location. Service is fast and friendly, even right at closing time. The drive thru is open late, but the dining room closes at 11pm.

I was so excited when carls jr first opened in wilsonville. I have loved their food for years. That being said I am no longer willing to go there in the evening. The last few months they have disappointed me to many times. Tonight after being constantly interrupted with questions while trying to tell them my order, being asked twice by two different people if I wanted sauce and asking for ranch to go with my all time favorite fried zucchini they not only forgot my ranch but put it in UPSIDEDOWN in the bag. Terrible service again. Carls Jr you have lost my business.

This has to be the friendliest Carls Jr ever. One guy checked in on us as we were eating and brought us ketchup. Two other employees asked how our meal was(one following up on an earlier request). I always eat inside at Carls Jr. so I can load everything up with their salsa bar. This one was fresh looking and well stocked. Some Carls have tv sets that blare ads at you while you eat– this location does not.
