Perry and his team of talented chefs put on an absolutely fantastic meal this past Saturday. They worked between two locations to cook the food and then prep and serve. It was so delicious. He made sure we were getting local fresh ingredients, and each entrée was so tasty with eye appeal.
We heard comments all night long about how much the guests enjoyed the food. So often at a money raiser the flavor of the meal is not a consideration but here it really was the focus.

Chef Perry is an extremely talented and creative chef. He take good food and kicks it up a notch to great. Having had the opportunity to work with him on many occasions has stretched my cooking to new heights.
