First off, very fine customer service, I mean over the top service, I have one of there grips on a pistol of mine that had failed, I had no proof purchase just the laser, I brought it to them and after the techs had taken a look at it they said it was damaged beyond fixing and would send me a brand new one. This is now #4 in my household with more in the future, a product that I can protect my family with.

I recently bought a Ruger pistol(SR40c) from a private party which came with a Crimson Trace rail mounted light, but without the clamps with which to mount it. I called the company to attempt to purchase one, but they wouldn’t accept payment and insisted on sending one out(immediately) without charge. Their great customer service, when added to the quality and great design of their product(rail mounted tactical light) set them apart from their peers in the industry.

Excellent customer service. I called in on a malfunction of one of their products and I was told to mail the product in and they would take a look at it. After about 15 days I received a package with a BRANDNEW product to replace my old one. That is amazing and I can only recommend their products as well as their customer service.

This review pertains to their customer service, not this actual corporate location per se. Crimson Trace’s support of their product is truly extraordinary! I received a newly purchased Glock item from a reseller and it turned out to have an intermittent defective button problem. I called in to CTC and they immediately made efforts to rectify the problem, and were super friendly to boot! It is nice to not get the runaround these days, which seems to be commonplace in most industries. I cannot recommend their products enough, and will definitely buy more in the future. A Sig Sauer item purchase is just around the corner!
