I have recently just moved to Oregon, I have encountered so many people willing to help and just amazing service! When we moved we left all of our bedroom furniture with my daughter, thus putting me in the market for 2 beds. I went into this store on May 25, 2015 around 530pm. When walking in a female was sitting at the desk and did not even acknowledge me with a hello. I should have stopped there. I walked around for about 15 minutes and she finally spoke to me saying«How much are you wanting to spend?» I told her I was not sure but I did not want to finance I wanted to pay cash. I just received my tax refund back… She did not know this. I told her I wanted to find a Queen for my son and a king for my husband and I. I also told her we needed a medium firm bed for the queen. She guided me to the very cheapest bed they had. Then left me standing there, her attitude was short but all of that was apparently her being nice. I then asked her what kind of margin they had and if they would be willing to come down a bit. She then looked at me and said. «What kind of business do you think this is? I am not going to tell you my margin. No business will do that» I was stunned! After gathering my thoughts I said you obviously do not want to sell anything today. She replied with«not to you». I told her that I was leaving and would not return to that store and her reply was a yell back to me … «GOOD!» I will never buy anything or visit this chain again, I have never been treated so disrespectful. I have been in the sales business for over 10 years. This girl needs to be fired and dealt with, looking through other comments on Unilocal this store is needing a major overhaul of management or to close due to the reputation take all the comments into consideration when you are in the market for a new bed. I am will to pay good money for quality items but I would rather have pleasant service!

High pressure sales dudes! And I mean hardcore, like some old-school cheesy used car lot pressure. One guy actually handed us off to another guy who claimed he doesn’t really work there but«consults» «teaches» the staff there about mattresses — yeah, and I’m the queen of England. We gave our price range in the area of $ 2,500 and were immediately shown $ 3400+ latex mattresses. Then steered over to even more expensive. Then told that we weren’t going to find much our in price range(!). Then he joked about the latex bed being great for sex even though he’s 400 pounds. DUDE, TMI!!! They didn’t have the line of Beautyrests(Black) we wanted to try(we were told they were«in the warehouse» but they weren’t even new or anything, weird). We told them we were going to amble around and try things out, and they both continued to hound us, it bordered on funny/weird. Like, literally following us bed to bed even when we asked to shop on our own OVERANDOVER. Finally, I had to literally say PLEASE stop, let us come to you, okay? Stop right now with the pressuring. They fell over themselves apologizing, but five minutes later, one comes back and apologized again and, you guessed it, started up with the sales pitch. UNBELIEVABLE. My impression was awful sales guys and a selection that wasn’t nearly as good as the other two national-type of chain places we shopped in(neither of them had desperate sales guys who wouldn’t back off). We ended up elsewhere with normal sales people and a much better selection in our $ 2500-ish range. Unfortunately, our experience at the Wilsonville location was so terrible and off-putting we’d never set foot in another Mattress World.
