If you call in and set an appointment they will disregard it if someone uses their App and shows up after you. Had 10a appointment, showed up at 9:55 at 10:05 a guy walks in and she says oh he set his appointment through the app so he goes first. Your wait will be about an hour. I need a 5 minute hair cut. What a waste of my time.

This was the worst haircut experience of my life. My stylist barely acknowledged anything I said unless it was to scoff and when I asked for her to use the 2 and fade up to 3 high on the sides she used a 5 and asked if it was good. She continued to be rude and acted incredulous whenever I asked her to fix a spot. When it was all said and done I didn’t come out looking like a hack job but I sure felt like one from her «service.» I have never felt so uncomfortable to be worked on before.

Bo was great and really understood the haircut I wanted. Really clean place and friendly staff. They wipe off excess hair with a hot towel at the end of the service which is great. Highly recommended!

Since I live in Boca Raton, I called ahead to make sure Cindy is there, since she is only there Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 1:30pm. She greets me when I come in the door, takes me right away if she doesn’t have any other customer (s) in her chair or waiting. Sometimes there is a wait because she has regulars, she that good. When I get in the chair she asks me what I want done and checks with me throughout the process. If I ask her to go over a particular spot, it is not a problem (no attitude), she wants a satisfied customer. Cindy takes care of business, but is caring, smiles, and wants you to be happy!
