I called to order a pizza for a friend of mine it was an expensive pizza and when I came all of the cheese was pushed to one side the pizza was already cool at this time so the cheese couldn’t simply put back into place when I called the manager first was sympathetic I sent him a photo the one attached here and he said he completely understood that pizza was a wreck and that they would replace the next one with no charge then I guess he had second thoughts and said that he would only allow a 50% discount I simply disputed the charge with my bank so now I get nothing and I’m never get another order for me there’s a photo of the pizza they messed up.

This was to be our first time ordering to have food delivered to our office. We had an employee of theirs drop off a menu along with a 50% off coupon today. We promptly phoned & proceeded to order $ 70.00+ of menu items. When we explained we had a 50% off coupon is when everything went down hill, the girl doesn’t seem to know there’s even a coupon & asks where we received the coupon from, expiration date etc. Then she proceeds to inform us that we are allowed a maximum of $ 20.00 discount! Really how does that amount to 50% off of a $ 78.00 order. There is a notation on the coupon that states«DISCOUNT applicable UPTO $ 40.00». Since the word DISCOUNT is used this should mean that your Max discount can’t exceed $ 40.00, NO? I’m told by the girl that it applies only to orders that total up to total food orders of $ 40.00 resulting in a $ 20.00 discount. I politely state to the girl that the coupon doesn’t state that and that we won’t be ordering again. She puts the Owner/Manager on and I again state that the coupon reads a discount of 50% with a maximum of $ 40.00, he says no it doesn’t and we’ve been doing this for 10 years. I state that the coupon is very misleading and that as a «First» time customer we wouldn’t be ordering again. He very rudely tells me «that’s ok, as a matter of fact I won’t bother to send you this order either», appalled that an Owner of business would speak to a customer like this I start to reply that this is horrible customer service and he promptly hangs up the phone. When I went to look up the reviews and saw how many Bad reviews there are, mostly reflective of bad attitudes & deplorable customer service received, along with terrible food and visits to the ER due to the food. I’m assuming that’s why they’re desperate to bait & switch new customer with misleading ads & coupons. I’m glad this nasty Owner cancelled our order, he definitely did us a favor and most likely saved us all a trip to the ER or a long night of Potty sitting at the least. I’m sure this place is not only struggling but with nasty attitudes and lousy food they won’t be around much longer! So do your self a favor SKIP this place all together and order from the Time Square Pizza & Sub shop up the street, whom appreciates & takes care of their customers!

In one word: «Awful» I got set up on this one. I received a note from a fellow Unilocaler about how good Topping’s was and that I should try it. As I usually take my fellow Unilocaler’s words for things which have often lead me to finding some incredibly good places, I went to Topping’s but quickly discovered that I had not only been set up, but set up for a rather miserable experience. As was recommended to me, I ordered the salad and eggplant parmigiana along with a Coke. The first thing to arrive was my can of Coke, half warm, merely plopped down in front of me unopened without a cup or a straw and no ice. It was just a hint as to how my further service went which I won’t get into as I can only describe it best in what would be a verbose rambling of monosyllabic four letter wording. Next, the salad. Ugh! An awful(expletive deleted) concoction of wilted soggy iceberg lettuce with a single thin slice of cumber, one of tomato and a cup side of out of the bottle Italian dressing. I probably have fresher salad or possibly one of equal freshness located somewhere in my lower colon tract. Then the eggplant, again Ugh and Awful! It was nothing but a mushy soupy mess of indistinguishable eggplant, gooey tomato sauce and cheese. As for the place itself, it’s nothing but a takeout and delivery joint. For dining in, it only has one little eating counter equipped with a single chair and one wobbly round table with two chairs. So, the entire dinning in seating capacity is of three. Though their claimed specialty is pizza, which I didn’t have and after my experience here certainly do not want to have, I can’t think of a single good thing about this place. I haven’t mentioned the name of the Unilocaler that set me up in going here with what had to have been an intentional bum steer, as I’ll deal with payback for it at latter time.

Stopped in for the large Stromboli. Wow it’s a lot. And very very good. The sausage and onions being extra tasty. Customer service a little terse but kinda common and good pizza places. Very good, and a nice Unilocal discount coupon too.

Worst. Pizza. EVER! Had friends over for board games and wanted something close that would deliver. For over $ 50 for two large pizzas, they didn’t even charge for«puddled grease» as a topping! It was poorly cut, and the toppings and cheese were all slid to one side. It was a bit easier to handle once it cooled a bit and the grease congealed, but I honestly think I should have picked up 3 – 4 Little Sleazer’s $ 5 hobbies and saved $ 30! They’re pretty lousy too, but cheaper and way less greasy. Sorry to say I’ll not support this local business ever again… we tossed their take-out menu with the grease SOAKED pizza boxes.

Just got an order for delivery. 2 cheese steaks and a Caesar salad $ 32 with delivery. Cheese steaks were awesome. Caesar salad was fresh, but light on the cheese. It was $ 6.99 so not sure what I expected. They said 45 minutes for delivery and it came in $ 35. All in all it was a great meal.

The pizza is decent BUTTHEYOVERCHARGE! The issue is they ask if you ‘want your receipt’ and OVERCHARGED me TWICE in a row! Would YOU notice a $ 1 added to your bill? Now I wonder how many other times(to me and maybe others) they added a $ 1 cause ‘the PRICEPRINTEDONTHEMENUEWASWRONG!’ or charged me a delivery charge when I picked-up. I called them after noticing the price was too high the first time(with the delivery charge). I called them back and they said they would credit me. They didn’t. I confronted them the next time and they charged an extra $ 1 for the Caprese Pizza. The owner said the price on the menu was wrong(even though the online price was the same as the menu)! All the owner did was credit me what he cheated me; like that would make me feel better! IFYOUGOTHERE, FIGUREOUTYOURTOTALBEFOREYOUPAYTHEM!!! Cheers!

Been a couple times for Stromboli, great first time, other two times very bland. Tonight I tried to order a pizza with coupon delivered to my house with a new move, but since I’m not a «new customer» it’s invalid. Guess I should’ve used someone else’s phone or caller ID block!

I am pretty picky when it comes to Pizza. I’ve ordered from Toppings a few times, and I can honestly say I’d go to a chain pizza shop before going back to Toppings. The times I’ve gone in for pick up, I felt like I was interrupting them and causing a bother by asking for assistance. When I have ordered delivery, the pizza wasn’t really hot and the bag the delivery man pulled the pizza out of looked disgusting and filthy. I don’t order from Toppings anymore as we have asked them several times to stop leaving flyers on doors in our apartment complex and have been ignored. We spoke with both manager and owner and still we get flyered consistently. There are lots of better pizza places in the Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors area that offer a much better pizza at a better price.

This place is a dump! I’ve seen cleaner chicken coops. From the minute you walk in and are ignored to the moment you leave you will never see worse food or service. Mushy pizza, rude employees, small portions and just an overall absence of taste. I usually try and give a place a second chance but after all the bad reviews and my personal experience, I’d rather eat dirt.

First and last time… chicken parm sub which I was told was chicken breast they filet and cook in house and meatball and ricotta appetizer. Chicken parm was cut up DARK meat chicken(boneless thigh) and was chewy. Cheese was a cheap plastic tasting cheese. Meatball app was surprisingly good. Delivery was fast and foot was hot… but chicken parm was not good at all. And substituting boneless dark meat for white is not acceptable.

Never had a bad experience with Toppings. If you are looking for a fresh and hot pizza that stands out, this would be the place. Cheese is very gooey and flavorful. I would recommend anyone in the fort Lauderdale area to check them out. The pizza is more oricey, but well worth it.

After my craving this past weekend, I got myself a pepperoni stromboli and 2 out of 3 dinners later I still love it. Even after I toast the leftovers in the oven, the stromboli is crispy on the outside and sinfully gooey, spicy and greasy on the inside. There a ton of pepperoni inside of this puppy and the pepperoni is spicy and delicious. At the moment, this is my go-to place for a top notch stromboli.

This is a delayed update but I wanted to make sure I posted it nonetheless: I’d like to commend the owner of Toppings for reaching out to me via Unilocal and delivering my food the other night when we gave Toppings another try. Needless to say, I get my burgers with the toppings on the side without a side of push back now. ;) as a matter of fact, I think I’ll order one tonight.

I received a coupon on my door for this place and decided to give them a try. My husband and I are new to the area and have not tried any pizza up here yet, so we were hopeful(as there are several good reviews on Unilocal). I ordered the caprese pizza and was very disappointed. The pizza did not look like the pic on Unilocal and instead had SOMUCH greasy, cheese that it was inedible. The crust was mushy on the bottom. I took one bite, spit it out and threw the rest away. What a waste! This was NOT my idea of good pizza at all. My husband got a sausage pizza and said there was barely any sausage on it. He thought it was just OK, but ate 2 slices. We will definitely NOT be ordering from here again. If you like super greasy, choke-on-cheese, tasteless, mushy pizza, this is for you. If you don’t, you should try somewhere else! I gave it a 1, but my husband thought it should get a 2. Oh yes, I ordered a salad too. It was warm and jumbled up in the box when it arrived. I think it was kept on top of the warm pizza en route(yuck), so that was no good either. It was the most pathetic excuse for a salad I have ever had!

Ordered delivery from here which was a small Stromboli and a large pepperoni pizza. When it got here the Stromboli was not warm at all and the pizza was barely warm. Both were loaded with wayy too much cheese and super super greasy. We were disappointed with a lot of greasy food on our hands. Won’t be ordering from Topping’s again, which we expected and hoped for a good experience from them. :(

Just ordered delivery. This place blows. Woman on the phone was partially deaf(I assume), so I had to repeat everything twice(or three times). Took over an hour for delivery. Delivery guy called and asked if I’d meet him downstairs. Then, he was surprised when I gave him the door code that I’d already given the deaf lady(that she had repeated back to me). Food was cold and mediocre at best. White pizza with spinach that looks like it just fell out of Popeye’s can. A small pizza and poppers was $ 20+ dollars(whaa?). Thank God I had a 50% off coupon(it was attached to the menu they managed to get on my apt door last week — guess SOMEone knew the door code already). With tip it was still $ 17. Now I have cold food that makes me wish I had a dog… or a bigger garbage disposal. Never again.
