Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I’ve been going to this place for the last 2 years. Prices are affordable and I’ve always had good service. Never had to wait. Quality is good. And they give free massages! I come here personally because I love the salon ambiance without the atrocious salon prices. For pedis they also have amazing scrub flavors you can choose from with a massage.

Horrible. Overpriced for area and the men who do the mani/pedi are rough and not thorough. Please go down the street.

This place is horrible. RUN They are new management now named XU/Rose II Nail. Too cheap to put up a new sign. Anyway, I went in there for a mani/pedi and it is almost all men working. That is not such an issue, but the guy was so rough and the bottom of my foot is on fire where he scraped off dead skin or a callous but never finished the job. I told them no callous removal. Anyhoo, the website had coupons and when I gave it to them, the owner said no, this was XU salon not Rose II. I pointed out that they had the same name, same signage, same address and phone number on the website and to take it down if it is not them. They were RUDE. Also, the hours used to be longer and now they close earlier on Sunday. Go to Angel Nail down the street. RUNRUN

I have been going here for a while and never had any issue, until now. Just avoid the male workers giving the manicures. Way too aggressive on the nails… Filed roughly and too short. My cuticle was even cut enough to make me bleed. Very displeased.

The worst customer service we have ever had in the nail spa. Since it was on the way we decided to give this place a try. Not coming back!!!

A couple of girlfriends and I met up today for a little mani-pedi indulgence in our hometown. The last time I was back visiting Wilton, I got my nails done nearby at Susan’s, but my friend suggested we check out the Monday-Thursday $ 20 mani-pedi deal at Rose’s. I’m not sure when Rose’s changed from the Wilton Nail Spa(I think that was the name? I went many years ago…) to it’s current state, but it seems to be running smoothly, with plenty of customers and plenty of technicians on hand. The spa has a very calm and relaxing feeling to it, and I loved the mellow tunes playing(Enya!) overhead. Before my girlfriends arrived, I decided to get a little bikini wax done. The waxing rooms are clean — not entirely like being at a spa, but that’s what I would expect. The wax job was decent — a 3 star rating. The gal who did the wax was relatively quick and did an ok job with the wax, but I was left needing more«clean up» than what was provided. Also, the wax itself was pretty hot, and the gal needed to blow on it before each application. The manicure and pedicure I received were both really nice. Pedicures are done in luxurious leather massage chairs in a separate room(beware — the massage on the chairs can be a little too vigorous!). One of my friends and I both opted to upgrade to one of the spa pedicure options(regularly $ 50, but they were running a sale price of $ 35 + $ 7 for the manicure). I opted for the Lavender Spa, which got me a sea salt scrub, a paraffin wrap on my feet(really just the heels), callus removal(which, on its own, is $ 8), and a 15 minute calf and foot massage with hot stones. Was it relaxing? Absolutely. But next time I think I’d rather just go for the $ 20 special. The polish job was good overall, although I think I could’ve used a third coat of polish as my fingernails look a tad translucent. Complimentary neck and shoulder massages are given during the manicure portion — and the guy who gives them is AWESOME. If I hadn’t spent so much already, I would’ve paid for extra time!(Massage time is $ 1/min). Overall, a solid salon place, especially if you take advantage of the promotions and deals they give.
