We Park Valet, LLC

Much to my dismay, I was forced to use the valet parking at The Little Pub in Wilton.
Long story short, upon its return my front windows and sunroof were all askew.
The cost to repair this damage is $ 1,526 and neither We Park Valet or Little Pub will take any responsibility.
Actually the owner of We Park Valet, Nick Galella had the nerve to tell my to check if there was a Ford re-​call for this damage and/​or it was probably just damage due to typical «wear-​and-​tear».
I am beyond furious and cannot imagine running a public-​service business like this !!!

Do not trust these people with your car! They are a bunch of little kids running this business who are liars. I went to Little Pub for lunch with friends and was told I HAD to valet my car. When I got my car back they pulled it up so I got right into the drivers seat. I drove 1 mile down the block and when I got out of my car I noticed a big dent in my back bumper. When I went back later that day to the restaurant, the guys from We Park Valet acted all nice and filled out an incident report and said they would take care of it, told me no reason to call police. The next day I waited and waited for someone to call me back and of course no one did. Finally Nick one of the owners calls back and tells me what happened, that they let some patron of the restaurant park his own car which I don’t understand since I HAD to valet. He had a truck with a hitch and would have caused that type of damage. A few days pass and I spoke with one of the managers at the restaurant and he tells me snow was blocking the cameras (of course it was) and that he told Nick to do the right thing. Nick calls me back and says they will pay half my deductible! Why didn’t they pay for everything since they did this to my new car! So I had to go through my insurance and now Nick changed his story and said I didn’t come back until the next day which is a lie because I have the incident report to prove it and they are claiming it didn’t happen there. Makes sense why they told me not to call the police! They act nice and like they know what they are going but they DAMAGE PEOPLES CARS!!! Be CAREFUL if you go there because they are children running a business. Make sure you walk around your car before you leave and CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY if something happens. Good luck!

I have never actually witnessed such excellence when it comes to valet parking. These boys have elevated valet parking into an art form. Incredible service and extremely professional.
