if i could give this studio zero stars, i would. after paying $ 720 for annual tuition, $ 75 for an ill-fitting and cheap-looking costume, we are being charged $ 20 per ticket for the year-end recital. I am appalled! This feels like an exploitative tactic to make some money off of the children’s performances. My daughter is not even excited about the performance, and from what I’ve seen, there’s very little to get excited about. It doesn’t appear as though my daughter has picked up any new skills this past year. Next year, a completely different dance studio. This one is not worth the money.

My five year old daughter is in her third year of dance at Wilton Dance and she loves it! She has been taking ballet for three years and just started tap and jazz this year. They also offer hip hop. Classes start at age 3 and go up through age 18 I believe. The school offers a Nutcracker Performance in December and a Spring Recital in June, as well as Dance Camp in July and August. We love the school because although technique is taught the teachers do an amazing job of making each class fun, especially for the younger kids. The music used and games they play while they are learning makes the class«fly by» — they really love it. The performances are held at Wilton High School and are very professional. I like that the younger students have their own performance, so it does not become too long for students or audience. Overall we have loved the experience.

Wonderful little dance studio! Mrs. Froelich has a great approach to working with the littlest ones, it’s a nice balance of fun with with a bit of discipline.(hair pulled back, laces tucked in!).
