It’s a great little place for cooking needs or a gift for that person that loves to cook. It has everything that you could think of when it comes to cooking needs. It seems to be a go to place when in Wimberley.

This looks like s great little store for just about anything kitchen oriented. From baking needs to BBQ utensils, they have a little bit of everything. I only got to do a quick walk-thru this time but would definitely like to spend some more time in here the next time I’m in town.

I love this place. Love. This. Place. I always visit when I’m in Wimberley. They’ve got everything as common as cast iron skillets to exciting scales shaped like an IUD that can fold up neatly in your kitchen drawer. I wanted to buy six placemats but they only had one. The lady at the counter took my name and let me know when they got more in, she would hold them for me and call me to let me know. And she did. Twice. Because I couldn’t get there in the next few weeks. They held my order for a month. I get compliments on those round placemats all the time. This is definitely the place to visit if you’re a foodie or married to one.

Kiss the Cook is a very cute place to shop for tourist-y type kitchen stuff. They don’t have anything I can’t live without or find less expensive somewhere else, and can avoid the clerk’s stuffy, curt attitude. The 3 stars are for cuteness!

My wife loves to cook and I can always find great stuff for her here. The staff is very friendly and the store is an interesting historic like building. Good things!

If you are a serious foodie who loves cooking at home, this is where the spatula meets the skillet. Whatever you need to enhance your cooking skills is right here in Wimberley at Kiss the Cook. This is a one stop shop for all your kitchen needs from a Chili Twister that cores and deseeds jalapenos, copper pans, and Swiss Diamond cookware(I am saving my $$ for several pieces) to a stovetop smoker, a «Danger Men Cooking» area and Wusthof cutlery. I loved playing with all the products and dreaming of the fabulous meals I will create. The owners offer cooking classes in their state of the art student kitchen. November’s class is «Finger Lickin’ Good Pies». Kiss the Cook has built a culinary following among people even outside of Texas and have been featured in Southern Living as a Top 50 Shop and Favorite Shop. Whether you are a gourmet or novice in the kitchen, Kiss the Cook will keep you well stocked for all your special meals.

Every single time I’ve been looking for a hard-to-find kitchen item, this place has always had it. It’s been my ace in the hole when I’m really trying to pull off something special. Personally, I LOVE to bake, and Kiss the Cook has the most unusual & fun baking supplies. You feel like you’re being spoiled when you go there
