The FISH TACOS are 5 star. I drive all the way from Tupelo monthly to eat and take dozens back. I will be in Wimberley for my annual birthday party January 8th. Double tap my photo and you’ll feel the Deep South fish taco spirit. «Thank you. Thank you very much».

This place has amazing breakfast and lunch tacos! I will definitely be stopping by the next time I am in town. I have had both the guero and Cabo tacos for lunch and they were awesome. I will definitely be returning next time I am in town.

Tacos are delicious and fairly priced. I got the guerra loco taco, and just one was enough! That said, I also got queso and chips. The queso was surprisingly REALLY good! None of that velveeta crap.

Great food. This place is legit. Very authentic tacos and really hot green salsa. And cheap! This will be a must eat stop when in wimberly.

Excellent breakfast tacos — generous portions and not dripping grease. The place is insanely popular so I suggest calling in your order to save waiting in what can be an out the front door line.

Sure, it’s a gas station, but they know breakfast. This is The absolute best breakfast taco in Hays County. I prefer the «Cowboy» but the «Nealio» rocks too!
I make sure to call ahead because often the line is out the door. It’s worth the wait.

Daily, from 6 AM to 2:30ish PM, Wimberley Shamrock Tacos is the most popular restaurant in town. Probably the most successful too. At around $ 2 for each stuffed taco, this is a volume business. Folks are friendly as they line up for fresh made to order tacos hot off the grill.

If you are looking for a gold nugget, I suggest stopping in and treating yourself to the best «taco» in the state of Texas! No signs, just word of mouth, makes this a hidden treasure in Wimberley. Get a breakfast taco with eggs, or wait till noon and have green salsa chicken taco, or beef fajita with onions and cilantro, or carne asada, with everything fresh and delicioso! And extremely affordable, like the old days.. .2 bucks? you are kidding.. .how can this be? As good as it gets, that’s all! Only in Wimberley, they say! Check it out!
