781 repaired my wife’s car after an accident. No sooner did the other driver’s insurance company assign fault and I told them where I wanted to go did I get a follow up phone call to schedule dropping it off. Connie in the front office was GREAT with her communication, calling me every couple of days to give me a status update, keeping me informed of their progress. The work itself was also top notch. In many ways the car was returned to me looking better than it did before just from the clean up they did washing and vacuuming it before pick up. Only reason I’m taking one star off is while Connie was great, the guys in the shop could use some help in the communication department(or just let Connie handle it all!). They had problems finding new parts because of the car’s age, but made it sound like they couldn’t get some parts at all, which unnecessarily worried me because in the end they found used parts and it looks like new. There also was some miscommunication at the end as they finished the work one day early(and three days earlier than originally estimated), but initially I was told it would be ready the next day before telling me it was ready to be picked up. Since their hours are 8am-5pm weekdays only, it’s important to be accurate with this information as most people will have to take off from work to drop off or pick up.
