Aire Serv Of The Shenandoah Valley

We contacted Aire Serv of Winchester Virginia after reading good reviews of other locations in Virginia to service our non-​working HVAC system for my store.
They had a tech out promptly to diagnose the problem we were having and said it was a burnt wire and there were two «contactors» that he would recommend replacing while he was there, they were not bad but I figured I might as well while he’s there.
The tech quoted me a price for the repair, about $ 500 and I agreed to have the work done.
Weeks later I receive a invoice in the mail for a tad over $ 600 and I immediately call to express my concern. Spoke to a lady there and explained to her my concern she stated she would look into it. I also called the tech and explained the issue. He stated he wasn’t sure where the disconnect was and he would get back to me.
Weeks past and now they are looking for payment. I call and speak to Lidia and while I was n the phone with her she kept reiteration that «I agreed to the repairs» and that’s what is owed. I do not dispute that I agreed to the repairs because I did and it’s the price I’m disagreeing about. She keeps going back to the fact that they did the work and I agreed. She didn’t get the point and I started to get aggravated while never yelling or cursing at her she just hung up on me instead.
Stay away! Horrid customer service and techs that tell you one price and bill you another!

If I could rate zero stars I would. This place will try to rob you blind. They sell service packages which probably would outprice just a service call each time and have incompetent workers and try to replace things which do not need replacing. Stay away from this place — far far away.
