Project — replace natural turf with artificial turf 750 sq.ft. (9−03−15)
I’ve been dealing with contractors most of my life and have experienced the good the bad and the ugly. Rarely have I had a totally positive experience, until now. Aloha had done some work for a few of my neighbors who were pleased with their work, so when they were referred to me by AGL (Artificial Grass Liquidators) I felt I was off to a good start. From their first contact to the last day of the job they were professional and prompt. The crew was on time each day, their equipment was in first class condition, and they had every tool and every piece of equipment needed to do the job.
The crew could not have been nicer, or done a better job! They cleaned up after each day’s work and after the job was completed the crew made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
The product we used was from AGL «Diamond Elite» and installed by Aloha. As a matter of interest, our HOA has very strict guidelines for the installation of artificial turf and for the quality of the turf itself. Both AGL and Aloha far exceeded our expectations. The crew took less than three days to complete the job! Their pricing was fair and the workmanship was as good as it gets! 100% satisfied!

I have been very pleased with Aloha Landscape. I have used them a couple times over the last year and they do great work. They are fast, efficient and have always kept their scheduled appointment times. And the people there are always so so friendly! I will continue giving them my business and would definitely recommend them!

My review is the same as Mischa’s on 6÷5÷15. I called for a consultation in early June, the owner came out looked at the property. Had some suggestions and said he’d get back to me. Nothing. I sent an email a couple of weeks later and received a response saying that they were sorry and I’d be getting an email the next day with the bid and sketch. Nothing. I know these companies are busy, but no follow-​up? I’m not recommending them to anyone.

Decent. Had about $ 30,000 worth of work done. Billy, the owner, is a good person. However, his crew can be sloppy at times. It was the norm to find trash on my property, after their work days. I’ve worked with many contractors, and unfortunately I’ve never come across one I’d highly recommend. Aloha was a bit pricey, but the finished job was completed properly but NOT perfectly. At times, the company lacks communication and attention to detail.
