This place is over priced for sub standard manicures and pedicures! A couple people there are good, but for the most part, they rush through the manicures and charge more than they should. I got a gel manicure done and left with the tops already peeling and the very next day my nails were breaking at the sides. The lady did a TERRIBLE job. And she kept trying to get me to do other services. I know up-selling is important, but she took it to far and it was annoying. I have never had a worse manicure, but what’s crazy is it was the most expensive manicure I ever had! NOTWORTHIT, GOSOMEWHEREELSE.

Needed a new girl for my gel nails. Decided to give them a try. Terrible service! Gave a super quick rundown of nail sets and was super hard to understand. Was rude and demanding. I refused to have her do my new set and just left. I will not return and will not recommend!

Awful experience. Just moved in to town and decided to give this place a try. Will not be going back. Got a gel manicure. My nails are a weird shape and the massage was really rough(I’m sure ill have bruises tomorrow) — they don’t ask what you want before they just go for it. Would never recommend this place

I went here to get a set of gel nails done. The guy who took me was really helpful and shared some great pointers. Through the visit he did try to up-sell some but it’s to be expected. He wasn’t pushy. Through out the time he was doing my nails he kept stopping to make sure I liked how he was shaping them. That’s nice at other salons they just do want they want until you speak up. Everyone was friendly and at the time I was the only one in so I talked to most everyone working. At the end he did a quick hand massage and hot towels. Price was a little high but I feel like I had top notch service.

The pedicure was decent, but the waxing was awful. I got the underarm and lower half of my legs waxed by a very masochistic lady. After bunching up too much wax she kept coming in after with tweezers until I couldn’t take anymore. I had to ask several times to please not use tweezers and she finally listened when I just said, No! Then she put some that had alcohol on my legs that burned like the dickens. I went next for the pedicure and the girl starts putting products on my legs which also burns, and I had to ask three or four times to please wipe it off. The paraffin was too hot and burned my feet. All the ladies seemed immune to my pleas and Unilocal of pain. The rest of the pedicure was good, a nice younger lady worked on me. Buy my legs are very sore and I have large red welts all over them covered with half an inch of baby powder. It’s frustrating when you pay to be tortured. Not only that, but they waaay over charge for their services! I payed more there than I did in Northern Virginia, and for terrible service. My search for a decent place to wax and pedicure will continue, I’m not going back there again. Consumer be warned.

I was visiting a friend in Winchester and we decided to stop here for a relaxing pedicure. By far the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. To start, the chairs are gross. There was dirt and«crusties» under and around the cushioned area where you put your feet. Before seeing any of this, we had already opted for the«spa pedicure» thinking that we had the time and it’d be nice to get an extra«10 minute massage.» The extra«10 minute massage» consisted of rubbing lotion in. lightly. much like putting lotion on myself after a shower. 10 minutes of that? Ugh. It was terrible. My technician ripped at my cuticles, made them bleed, and proceeded to pour alcohol on them multiple times. As she was putting some kind of blue goop on my legs, the technician working on my friend’s feet started yelling at her. I guess she did something wrong? But it went on. and on for a good 2 – 3 minutes of yelling back and forth until my friend’s technician got up and walked away. Really? Talk about awkward. Somebody else did come to finish my friend’s pedicure. did that really just happen? And then my technician proceeded to tell me that the color I chose was very difficult to apply and that was why she was getting it all over my toes. What?! So an hour and $ 45 dollars later. I refuse to ever go back here and I urge you not to either. Terrible waste of money and my toes still hurt. They need a visit by the health department and their nail techs need a lot of training.

I went to this nail place a year or two ago and had a great experience. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or if the same people have just stopped caring. Here’s how my mani/pedi went down last week: –No one offers to take my coat, so I sit on it, wadded up. Instead, someone tries to upsell me some cola. –Step into pedicure. Water is cold. Have to ask twice for hot water. –Leg massage is apparently boring to my nail technician. He yawns several times throughout. I feel nothing. –Said technician drops a towel on my freshly painted toe, smudging the paint. He attempts to paint over the smudge until I sign to her that I’m not cool with this; I want a do-over. –Cheapo paper flip flops almost kill me. –Get my hands dipped into hot wax. Wax is lukewarm. Coagulating. –Sit down for pedicure. Teenager in Puma t-shirt(possibly owner’s son? possibly someone off of the street?) is sweeping hair from the waxing room along with other dirt and crusties across the floor. It’s 4pm on a Friday. Really? Are we shutting down for business already? –Nail technician pauses my manicure so that Puma kid can sweep underneath my feet. Sure, I’ll wait. –Nail technician asks me to go wash my hands. I have to walk through the dustbin pile to get there. Puma kid is now taking a break. –End of service. I’m left alone(in death-trap slippers) to gather my belongings, which are scattered across the room in three different locations. –Following day: polish is peeling and nails are ripping.

The staff here is very thoughtful and detailed. Best pedicure I’ve had by far. The woman was attentive and gave me so much of her time. I have been looking for a great place in Winchester to get a good pedicure. Amazing Spa exceeded my expectatons. This will be my pedicure place from now on.
