Staff has been friendly the three times I’ve gone there. Fries are chronically stale/soggy/mushy. Bun on the sliders are soggy and cold. Cheese isn’t even melted. Bleh at best which sucks cuz it’s so close to work.

Not bad. Clean restroom and restaurant. Fast service. Juicy sandwich. They have fingerbowl hand wipes on the tables. Well worth the stop.

I don’t typically waste my time reviewing chains, especially large fast food chain. But I am making an exception for this Arby’s because the staff was some of the worst I’ve encountered. First of all when ordering, the manager on duty and the staff were joking around. Which is fine in my book, except the manager duty(a younger woman who seemed to be a shift supervisor, not store manager) called one of the employees a re-re. Um. What?! I am not a very PC person, but I would NEVER use that term in front of customers. They were clearly joking around and it actually seemed borderline flirtatious. I was happy to get my food and get away from it. But no. My sandwich was made wrong. Fine, it happens. I took it up to be corrected(if I pay more than 6 dollars for a sandwich at a fast food joint, I expect it to be made right — otherwise I will go to McDonald’s across the street and lower my standards). No worries, the manager has somebody remake the sandwich. Great. But No. The sandwich was made wrong AGAIN. At this point I asked for a refund, as my group was done eating and I was too annoyed to bother eating. No real apology, no «here’s a coupon» — nothing. They didn’t seem to act like this was an odd occurrence, just«Here’s your money!» Anyway, I stopped here while traveling and won’t make that mistake again. And like I said, I don’t really bother with reviewing chains and I am sure are looking for good food in the Winchester area, this wouldn’t even be on your radar, I just wanted to vent about the experience.
