The ice cream here ROCKS!!! The prices are high but the quality it definitely worth it. The staff is very friendly and the shop is very clean. Both things that I always look at. I’ll be back!

If you haven’t been to a Cold Stone Creamery before, a warning for you: They have freshly made ice cream, frozen yogurts and sorbets that are tantalizingly delicious, but your wallet will be noticeably lighter when you leave — especially if you have older kids.
They offer kiddie size, «Like it», «Love it» and «Gotta have it» sized portions. There is a great selection of flavors on any given day and the choices of mix-​ins are great. Their waffle cones and bowls are also made fresh. In their freezer, you can pick up small or large ice cream cakes, ice cream cupcakes and prepacked ice cream. We happened to be there on a Monday for an afternoon treat and brought home a pack of ice cream cupcakes to enjoy later because they have a $ 2.00 discount off the price of ice cream cupcakes or cakes on Mondays only.
Check out their website and join the Cold Stone Club for special offers and coupons. The staff at the WInchester store are very cheerful and efficient.

As far as ice cream places go, I feel the price is a little on the high side. But the ice cream is good and you know it is, because there’s always a line.
Most other Cold Stones that we’ve been to are big on singing. This one isn’t very big on singing. My son (10 years old) knows that they usually sing at Cold Stone and always wants the people at this Cold Stone to sing. I’ll give them a tip and then they’ll sing the «Tip Song». My son mentioned to me that they always sing the same song.
My wife had a «Hot Stone Creation». I can’t remember the title of the flavor she had. She really enjoyed her order. She had it finished before I finished my ice cream. I guess she was afraid I might ask for a taste! Next time I go in, I’m going to get a «Hot Stone Creation» for myself!
Cold Stone used to do coupons and free ice cream on your birthday (if you’re in the «Birthday Club»). Please bring that back!

Expensive, but the portions are very generous. I SERIOUSLY recommend the «Cookie don’t you want some», a mix of french vanilla, cookie dough, and caramel. It’s incredible.
