I came into this store to get donuts early this morning for a work party. What I’m assuming to be the baker went over to the cashier and tried to whisper «I bet shes going to take all the heart donuts». Seriously? Why would that ever be okay to say, especially when I’m only a few feet away from you. And for your information, I didn’t take all the heart donuts, I only took 6, out of the 18 I purchased. Maybe I am taking this too personal, but I don’t think it is appropriate to make comments about a customer, especially when they’re still in the store.

The only self serve dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. They have you make all your own drinks and the ice machine is completely across the store, and the flavor pumps are just out on a sticky counter. Not clean, and the employees seem to know how poorly designed it is but have done nothing to improve the experience. We stopped here looking for a dunkin donuts and we got a dumpin donuts. Very disappointing — dunkin would not be proud.
