Landon was wonderful! He picked my son up at SU on time, got him to his destination in Washington DC, then texted me upon his safe arrival. Upon my sons return Landon picked my son up in Washington DC and brought him back to school safely. He kept me updated the entire time. Best service!

The best, I have used Landon for many years, never a problem. Always on time for my trips. Very fair pricing, I would not use anyone else. Always courteous and careful, keeps updated on flights, and is there when needed.

Landon was great and very helpful. He kept me updated with texts the day of my wedding as to his arrival time, etc.
The shuttle we’d reserved broke down, so they sent a limo instead and offered to make as many trips as needed to make up for the vehicle swap.
I contacted a couple other shuttle services in the area and only found one cheaper. Landon’s service was way better; I’m glad we went with Famous Limo.

I reserved a limo for my 35^th birthday for a winery tour. When I spoke to Landon he was nice and helpful. I was super excited. When the limo arrived the driver was pleasant, but the limo was very dated — with ripped up seats. There were champagne glasses with New Years Eve 2000 as the logo. It also smelled of mildew. Less than 10 minutes into the ride, the limo overheated. The driver pulled over and proceeded to curse and try to solve the problem. During this time I called the owner/​manager (not sure) Landon, and he was barely apologetic and told me he was trying to find another option. He ended up not being able to help us and we were basically out of luck. You can imagine how I felt — I invited my friends to enjoy a day of wine tasting to celebrate my birthday and we were left on the side of the road with no alternative from the company. By luck we were close to a hotel and were able to hire a driver through the hotel. Everything worked out, but Famous Limo did NOTHING to right their mistake. Landon barely apologized and didn’t seem to care about helping us find another option. We got lucky because of the hotel, but if we had been elsewhere, my birthday celebration would have been ruined. I understand things happen, but the way Landon handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I do NOT recommend this company. They have no back up in case something goes wrong!
