I had an excellent experience living in one of Phil’s apartments for 2.5 years. He’s extremely accommodating and fair.
I had a 1 bedroom apartment very close to downtown Winchester on the 2^nd floor. Parking was ample, it wasn’t noisy, and it was a lovely apartment roughly 620 square feet. Water, sewer, and trash were included in the rent, me being responsible for electric. It was a nice experience with it. Plus, it had a dishwasher, and an in unit washer/​dryer (stackables), but that’s a major plus for an apartment so you don’t have to pay to do your laundry.
He also provides snow removal and quick maintenance repairs. That was a plus too. The apartment was mostly wooden floors so dust appeared rather often. There was also an AC unit and an electric heating system (no gas). But it was nice! Don’t turn off the heat in the winter time though!
If you are looking for an apartment in the Winchester area, this should be your first and only stop. Phil and Caroline will make you feel right at home, literally!
