Lasting Impressions Quality Concrete

To be fair, I was contacted by the owner of this company. He apologized profusely for not getting back to me and without going into much detail had a very reasonable excuse. My honest opinion, the owner was sincere in his apology. I always like to support small businesses and would hate to think that someone would be dissuaded from giving this company a chance because of my isolated experience. It was what it was and I’ll chalk it up to bad timing.
This company did come highly recommended by several of my neighbors so if you are on the fence about calling, please give them a chance. I have an idea your experience will be much better than my initial experience. Had I not already had the work done, I would have been willing to give Lasting Impressions the opportunity to give me a quote for my project.
