McDonald’s

A generous four stars given with the understanding that this is in no way fine dining, so the expectations should be set accordingly. This location is clean, the food is consistent (I have one neighbor that eats there multiple times per week and isn’t dead yet, and even though I’ve only been three times its always been as good as it can be for what it is). This location does serve breakfast all day!

Okay if you’re going to grab some Mickey D’s this place is much better than the usual locations. First of all it foregoes the typical corporate motif, for a 1950’s look. They have old style seating and a cool juke box from a bygone era. Secondly, its in a really cool part of town. Thirdly, the service here is always quick and friendly, the managers are doing a stand up job.

Manager tried to gve my food to another person in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes to watch them stop the car. The child had gone through the box, the parent went through it to make sure, and the manager brought the kid’s meal in and tried to give it to me. When I stated that I wanted a new meal because I had watched the recent events. The manager (Tiffany) stated, «Nobody went through it» in a more than sarcastic tone. With a deep frustrated sigh, she yelled back that they had to make another one and walked back to inform them I had held up their day by asking for a new meal. Another TEN minutes for the next meal to make it to the counter. All in all, 30 minutes for fast food to make it, reaching for the bag and dropped it on the counter right before handing to me. Tried to call Nerangis Enterprises to voice a complaint, but more options than a credit card company. Still no person to speak with. Ok, so I’ll just walk away. Will not return to this store. And if this is the way Nerangis is, well I can avoid your other establishments. Remember, it was the locals that made your businesses. And if this is the way they’re treated, maybe it doesn’t matter, but I’m sure they will walk away. Other Nerangis businesses… Country Inn & Suites, Chipotle, Alamo theater, other mcdonald’s
