The nail technician I first had was very good, but she left. The new one assigned to me was a nightmare. A typical hour– long shellac manicure lasted almost two hours! The UV machine was broken and the replacement machine did not work well and did not cure the polish. The technician was frustrated and wanted to leave one nail half polished and half bare asking me if it was okay! Even the cotton pads being used were not lint-free and kept leaving threads all over my nails. She kept complaining but did not attempt to find the right pads. The quality of the end result was so bad, I’ll never go back there for a manicure.
