I am so sick of going into these stores and NEVER greeted or anyone asking me to help me. On top of it, the store was not 40% off and everything that I picked up, (that had a 40% sign) was NOT on sale! #willnotshopOldNavy
No one in this store helps me– they are actually rude. I walk by these teenage associates and they flat out ignore me. Sales are off and wrong, everything I bring up is never what the sign says next to it. I’m tired of wasting my time. Not too mention the club these are getting thinner and cheaper.

Front Royal, VA
I always have a heck of a time finding pants (long legs!) and Old Navy is one of the only places I can go to and always find at least one pair of jeans or slacks in an affordable price range.
For this particular location, I love the selection and I love the fact that they always have my size in stock.
I often browse through the men’s section too because they have great dress shirts that I buy in a smaller size to fit me.
The sales staff is always friendyl/​helpful and the store is rarely overcrowded.
