SS Vape

About 6 months ago I exchanged my iTaste MVP battery box under SS Vape’s lifetime warranty. The second one they gave me worked great until I dropped it in my kitchen sink! I brought in my receipt and my dead battery box and they gave me a new one, no questions asked. Now I’m on my 3^rd iTaste MVP battery box. Their lifetime warranty has paid for itself! During both warranty exchanges the customer service was great.

Well if you want to pay twice the price for Chinese knock offs this is the place to go. They give you a lifetime warranty but never fulfill the promise and are always up selling. Go to Inwood and you will get a better deal with a manufacturers warranty instead of a cheap Chinese knockoff that will never work.

My expectations weren’t high, I just happened to see there was a vape shop when I was visiting my mom, and this place fit the bill. They have a decent selection of juices and the prices are average among other shops.
I visited with the intention of just seeing what they had, maybe get one juice, walked out with a new battery charger and plenty of juice for my fiancée, that some other shops typically don’t carry. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience better.
The facility is large but there’s a lot of open space. It’s well maintained, clean and brightly lit. I felt comfortable when I was there.
One of my complaints is their testers had nic, which is hard for my fiancée since she vapes no nic. I opted to try them for her and the one I tried was a 12. A lot more than I’m used to! But the staff informed me most of their customers are smokers trying to quit, so they want to know how it will be when they vape, which I understood.
Probably wouldn’t come by again, but not awful.

Was in the area and wanted to drop by with the wife to let her pick her own juice flavor, and check out the shop. Upon entering atmosphere is sub par compared to 95% of the shops ive been in and ive hit 30 shops in the last month from baltimore to alexandra. Staff was so-​so had a guy offer to help her taste some flavors so to there juice bar we went. ALL THERE SAMPLES ARE NIC JUICE witch is dumb bc not all use nic and aome have weened off nic. So After 2 juice flavors he wandered off as a Cute blonde girl came in to pick some juice up. Wife decided on one of there house blends so we went back to the main counter and stood there as he was busy macking with the blonde girl. A female employee helping a guy set up his new EGO grabbed the juice and a clearo for us. So while standing at the register waiting to pay the girl rang up the ego guy and said i can ring you up real quick. I thanked her but then the guy comes over and rings the girl up and doesnt give 2 sh!&$ that we are standing there and have been waiting. After the girl was able to ring us up (and she was super helpful) i got sticker shocked to here that a HOUSE JUICE is $ 14 for 10−15ml bottle so for a bottle of juice and a cheap clearomizer ($ 5 for a $ 1 china clearo lol) i couldn’t belive the $$ i could have got a bottle of gourmet juice 30ml (space jam, Suicide bunny) for $ 18-​$ 20. Every other shop i been to sells there house blends for $ 5.95-$ 7.95. The point of house blends is to be more affordable and get more people to try there stuff, but why would you when you can get a 30ml of a fancy gormet juice.
I will never return nor will i recommend this shop to anyone. And ive told my coworkers whom live out there not to waste you time or money.

Am visiting family in town and had a bit of an emergency with my vape… came in here on Sunday evening and they were open (which is rare in Winchester). They were extremely helpful and helped me fix my problem. Definitely check this place out!
