I come here often because it’s in my town and right in the center. I like to come here in the afternoon at around 2:30 and there are always middle school kids coming for frappuccinos after school. That is one of the cons of this location since the kids come here since it’s right near the school. Other than that, I have had no problems with this particular Starbucks. Yes, it is smaller than the average Starbucks and the seating is crammed and there’s never any seats open. But, there is nothing wrong with this Starbucks in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

This Starbucks has very good people working there. There are so many different choices, but the line is usually long. It’s always long because every single kid in the town was there after school. Even on the weekends it’s crowded. Not too much sitting space but there’s enough. Always have everything in stock but sometimes they run out of the treats like cake pops. All I know it’s a pretty good place to stop by for coffee or frappé and a cold or warm winter or summer day. Don’t forget you might not get a space nearby, because there’s not too much parking in the center, just enough.

You know what, I hate coffee… I do… I hate the smell and I hate the drink but even I like Starbucks. Almost every one I know drinks coffee and so I get drug into a coffee shop all the time doing the, «Thanks but no thanks…» as I also do not drink tea. Their strawberry banana smoothies are AWESOME! They also have one heck of a pastry and food counter as well. Thanks for having offerings for people like me who avoid coffee and tea like the plague. This location also has some nice seating inside and out for people though the bathroom is tiny(one toilet) with a sink you could(and do just trying to wash your hands) shower in.

I usually go during the school lunch breaks, which is probably the worst time to go since the kids fill the place. The wait in lines is not too bad, but don’t expect to be out of there in a hurry. The staff is always friendly and aside from the kids overrunning the place, there’s nothing negative to report.

I love Starbucks but the line that is always at this particular store makes me give this one 2 stars. The drinks are great and I only like to drink Starbucks coffee, but the lines are absurd and deter me from this one.

Favorite Starbucks. Super location, always busy but quick lines. Super light with lots of windows.

I took one star off because the place is so small and the seating options are limited. Otherwise, I love coming here and knowing that I will get my drink exactly how I want it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a busy location but they do an excellent job at keeping things moving and costumers satisfied.

Go to this Starbucks on my way to work and always receive excellent service! And they have a clover machine which make it even more worth to go there :)

I used to be a bux supervisor so I feel their pain more than your average bear but the supervisors here really try. It’s small and the barista positions are always new faces which makes it hard. Yes it is small Yes it is brimming with“isn’t it all about me? «winchies Yes it is brimming with entitled teens sporting designer everything Yes there are kids everywhere Yes parking is challenging Yes people congregate without being customers But the staff genuinely connects with their regulars and work very hard I appreciate that It is hard to clean in that small of a space when it’s busy Not an excuse but a reality I used to be infrequent but now that there is a clover I am in almost every day Parking isn’t THAT hard if you don’t mind a short walk If you get a bad drink tell them They will make it right or give toy something else So appreciate the effort and have a clover!

Awful Starbucks. This was a coffee connection location and hence one of the first Starbucks in Massachusetts, as Starbucks purchase of CC was their intro to this market(which is prolly why it’s smaller and differently shaped than other Starbucks locations) Anyway, my gripes with this place are as follows: 1. constantly running out of drip coffee. You are a COFFEE store; this should not happen! 2. SO dirty all the time, particularly the outside tables and benches. Have some pride, clean it up. 3. Strange staff, with the exception of maybe two people. 4. Staff does nothing about the large groups of people — young and not so young — who take up residence at the tables without purchasing anything, leaving no room for folks who’ve actually spent money. 5. Also this place is a vortex… winchies everywhere… but you knew that.

This location is ok. On multiple occasions I’d run in to grab a quick salad or a yogurt but they are usually out of everything! Mid day! Or their choices are lacking and they’re only stocked on one kind of yogurt(today they only have the honey Greek yogurt). No salads left, just a brown rice bowl. Very disappointing. They sometimes have a great zesty chicken and black bean salad with a delicious red dressing but I’ve gone in at least 4 times and it’s not in stock. Service is also just ok. It’s hit or miss. In the mornings I think the employees are much friendlier. As for drinks, I’ve never had a problem — they do a good job keeping up with typical Starbucks standards on that front. One last thing — if you’re a fan of coffee from the Clover then you’re in luck! This location has it although I haven’t tried it myself(only at other locations). I usually prefer non chain cafes but this place would do for a fix.

It is Starbucks, so you can expect the same quality you have had at other locations. This is a fine location but I think the layout slows down the ordering process a bit and where you pick up your coffee can get jammed up a bit. I can’t seem to ever get out of here in under 10 minutes. Other than that this is a fine Starbucks.

Newly decorated, interior is nice. Hard to get a table unless you want to camp out. Staff seems easily overwhelmed during the morning rush or if you make the mistake of going there whem school lets out. Don’t double or illegally park anywhere nearby as the parking enforcment officers hide in the bushes looking for people darting into sb for coffee whobare parked more them 1 foot from the curb. Cant recall ever getting a bad cup there but ive gottwn the wrong cup or none at all at busy times.

Unfortunately, the new«renovation» made it more corporatey with corporate art on the walls instead of local stuff. Also, a good deal of seating was lost. What up with dat?!

Not too bad. An average place. The location is great if you are walking, kinda sucks if you are driving and trying to find a parking spot. Lots of families with their rugrats on Saturdays tho, so don’t think that it will be all cool and jazzy cuz it’s more like screaming and crazy.

The staff here can sometimes be a little«in your face» chipper. But maybe that’s just how it feels when you are in bad need of caffeine. I have to agree with everyone else that the layout of this Starbuck’s is poor. The placement of the counter so near the door creates a packed front entrance even when there are just a few people in line. I also agree that this Starbuck’s is also very family orientated(considering we’re in Winchester) so it’s never been the ideal place for me to get some reading or computer work done. The door ends up being held open due to the long line so you are subject to multiple dogs barking, children whining for Starbuck’s treats, and a LOT of social chattering. That being said, it’s a great place to meet up and chat with a friend, you won’t feel like you have to be «quiet.»

I think the people working at this one try really hard. The shame is it’s small enough that if you have a half dozen people piling in it feels packed. Great location nonetheless in the center of town where you can easily sit outside on a nice day.

Cons: The Starbuck’s itself is an odd shape, and with just a few people in line it feels very cramped. There are always TONS of screaming children in here which can be distracting and annoying. But that’s the nature of going to a Starbuck’s around drop off time and near a school, in a family-oriented community. Pros: This Starbuck’s is located conveniently on my way to work from downtown Boston to Burlington. There’s ample street parking at around 8⁄830 am, which is very handy. Most of all, the people that work at this Starbuck’s are extremely nice, patient, helpful, and often greet the regulars by name. So far, my favorite Starbuck’s in the greater Boston area!

Still here. Decent hot chocolate. Goofy kids working behind the counter. Uh, bathroom is nice?! I still don’t like how little room there is between the front door and counter. You get more than a few people in line and it’s just nuts.
