Sunnyside Cleaners

Have been using Sunnyside for several years until now. I had been concerned with their service recently because shirts often had stains/​marks on them. Recently I received a shirt back that was damaged. One sleeve had a hole all the way through. It was obvious that it had been snagged or pinched causing the hole. The shirt was not very old. The lady there immediately wanted to patch it and when I refused that she offered to cut off the sleeves and make it a short sleeve shirt. The gentleman then came out and told me the shirt was old and worn out. Said it had been laundered too many times. It is a shirt I do not wear often. I would say it had not been laundered more than 10 times. Avoid Sunnyside Cleaners.

Left a martial arts Gi to be patched. They lost my patch and refused to replace it. The owner actually walked into the back while I was talking to him and waited for me to leave. Terrible business would never recommend or return.

This establishment is filthy. The chairs need to be thrown away and replaced. My chair had 4 screws poking up from the bottom and I sat on it. The owners should be lucky I am not a litigious person (that means I don’t feel like suing them). BUT someone might if they get hurt). There was trash overflowing in every bin. Only two rolling carts for 12 (or more?) washers & dryers.
Seriously, it needs to be cleaned, painted, and re-​furnished. There were a few good points: we met a nice lady there, and it is next to a grocery store, so my husband could run a second errand while I waited for the clothes. It has ample parking. And it had a PAC-​MAN machine.
PLEASE clean it up! I would like to come back, but I won’t until it’s cleaned up.

What can I say? My clothes get clean, they have never lost anything, never damaged anything, never been late, super friendly service and at a fair price.
