I spoke to one of the owners on a Wednesday, needed to have a carpet tucked on the ends. He told me that he would have one of his men to the jobsite at 8:30 on Friday. No one showed. When I called them the lady that answered the telephone said that I was not on the schedule. She spoke with the owner and he straight up lied and said that he told me he never said that anyone would be there. My advice to you is, unless you want your time wasted. I wouldn’t call them

I called to find out if something was in stock and get a price. I was talked down to and treated rudely by the woman who answered the phone. I won’t be using this company just solely based on that. They need to find someone who will better represent their company to talk to customers.
