We were visiting from Colorado in our motorhome when one of our slideouts stopped working. Since it was a large living area slide it made things uncomfortable. We saw an add for Pocono rv at the campground we were staying at. We called them explained our situation to service manager Jerry. He was very helpful, told us to get there by 1 pm. Arrived and Jerry had one of his techs get right on our problem. The tech, sorry can’t remember his name, was very knowledgeable. He discovered that the problem was caused by a factor installation problem. They had us back on the road in no time. Very pleased with the whole experience. This was also on the 3 rd of July, which kept us from having to wait over the long holiday.

Not sure how they plan on selling any rvs when you can’t look inside them. All locked.

Just called their service department to get an estimate for some storm damage. The service manager made me feel like I was wasting his time from the moment I got on the phone with him. My insurance is covering the damage and he wanted to charge me $ 95 just to write an estimate! I run two auto body shops and we write many estimates everyday and have never charged a customer for doing so in the 40 years that we have been in business. It’s just poor customer service! Their is a good chance that my camper will be a total loss and I will have to purchase another. I can say without a doubt that Pocono RV will not be getting that sale!
