So far I have been to this practice twice for my one year old daughter. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They have a nice waiting room that can seat about 10 patients. There are doctor related books and toys for young children and kids.

Our whole family (currently ages 6 through 99) has been going to Dr. Brotzman and Dr. DePaolo since they opened and our old doc retired. We get prompt appointments, hands-​on and unhurried appointments, and we really feel like they truly know us. They are on call 24÷7÷365 and respond promptly as well. I’m so glad that docs like this exist and I don’t have to be just another number at an urgent care place. Would recommend Slate Belt Family Practice to anyone. Lastly, they are just absolutely fabulous with children!

I have been going to Dr. Brotzman for years and absolutely love him. Being our family doctor, he knows our medical history, as well as our personal history and he really helps out to understand situations as well as treat medical issues. I would recommend him to any one looking for a new family doctor!
