Seriously the worst BBW there is and that is sad. BBW is a place that people could have fun but not here. Service is ridiculous, the brightest place to eat in the world (honestly I have actually been around the world), and the employees just don’t care. Why doesn’t corporate come see for themselves? Look at the reviews!

When it opened I WAS PUMPED — ONLY TO BE LET DOWN. The boneless wings to go had a bunch of sauce in the containers and basically chicken nuggets thrown in like soup! Lol pretty sloppy. Then to top it off, it is so bright in there you have to put on sunglasses. Bartender was nice, clean facility but did not impress me much at all.

Ok, here to celebrate two birthdays. We had a party of 14. We arrived around 6:30 give or take a minute. We placed our order and ordered drinks. Please tell me why we watched other tables come and go and we still had NOT received our meal. We were not served until after 8:30. I was told asking for extra crispy wings, it delayed the order. That’s ridiculous! Service was horrible and food cold. Called and spoke with the general manager who really didn’t accept responsibility of the services given at his establishment. Yes, they offered a discount but the issues were deeper than that. It was my first time, and I will never go back. WingStop it is!

So the inside is very nice for the area it is in. Let’s just see how long it actually stays this way. Pros: clean, seemingly nice servers, typical wings. Cons: don’t come for lunch as if you only have 1 hour you will not be done. We came in at 11:10am, the 1st table in the whole place. It is now 11:52am and half of our meal is still not here. This happened the last time also. Just very frustrating!

Get the wings only! Burger and fries are mediocre at best & fish taco had MANY bones and instead of coming with coleslaw it only had the fried fish & cheese. We won’t be back.

Ordered wings to go. The actual wings tasted good. The 6 wing order only had 5. The spinach dip was runny and tasteless. The chips tough and greasy. The celery and carrots were slimy. We decided only eat the wings. We won’t go back for seconds.

Ok, I’ve been here a few times now and I’m not sure the new store jitters are going away. Most of the times I’ve been here I’ve had pretty miserable service. I am an optimist though and I rather not travel way out to Universal City for some BWW so I’ll keep going in the hopes it’ll get better

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Party of 6, with one vegetarian. Manager let us know after ordering bean burger is not available and full price would have to be paid for bun and veggies. One basket of wings had no sauce though we asked for extra. Orders were not correct — missing dips, celery and were told those were charged individually. Wait was extremely long with little follow up with waitress. This is a brand new place– will NOT be back.

Newly constructed building, everything feels clean. The staff is friendly. Service could be better; our waitress seemed to be the only one on the floor, so she could not always tend to our needs (refills). Not sure if it’s just this location but the wings were not so great. The «wet wings» taste more dry than saucy. I’m not a fan.

Nice interior. Asked the staff about future UFC showings and received conflicting information. Wings and potato wedges were good in taste but were already by the time they were brought out. Waiter was nice and attentive. Cool little place to chill

I must admit, very impressed with the interior design of this unit. Very well laid out. It is new as the day I went in was very busy and many people were a bit impatient that I could see in the bar area. But as a whole the bar staff did a great job and acknowledged everyone there.
I do have one thing that I don’t agree with, was seeing a female manager trying Her best to outperform some of the staff by snagging their trays from their hands and making the delivery themselves. I have managed a BWW before and we would have never done this to our staff, I would hope that eventually this female would be retrained on how to treat others. It was bad.
